Everyone's heard the "Doofenshmirtz is Phineas's biological father" theory. It's been proven wrong, and directly denied by Dan Povenmire.

HOWEVER.

Here's my insane conspiracy nut take on the relation between Doof and Phineas:

They're half-brothers, and Bill Cipher is the father.

The Book of Bill implies that Bill is Phineas's biological father. Neither of Doof's parents were present at his birth. Conclusion: Bill Cipher gave birth to Doof.

Phineas and Doof were two failed attempts to create someone who would build Bill's portal. Doof was a failure because, like in Across the 2nd Dimension, Doof always added a self-destruct button that unintentionally prevents the portal from working at all. Phineas was a failure because Bill could NEVER find a way to manipulate that boy (...and also because of the Phineas and Ferb Effect).

Also been playing Little Goody Two Shoes, which is a really good high production value “RPG Maker horror-type” game. Also it’s interesting in that part of the horror is the super natural crap and part of the horror is “being a lesbian in a small religious community filled with noisy old people” and so far that second part is what you’re dealing with more often.
