Something I need to see more of is messy runny noses. A nose that's so full to the brim with snot that every single sneeze is a mess, its not just dripping, it's pouring. Especially when they don't have a tissue or handkerchief so they have to resort to their clothes, their blanket, or even their hands. Just imagine someone so sneezy and sniffly trying desperately to holdback a tide of mess with just their bare hand.
Imagine A working from home to look after B who has an awful cold. B sits straddling A while they work. Rubbing their drippy, itchy, cold filled nose on every square inch of A. Dousing them in messy sneezes every few minutes. A can hardly focus(bonus if they have the kink). Add in snot filled makeouts for even more bonus points.
