About My Offers ❓
• My style and skill ranges from simple cartoons to a stylized anime artstyle. I specialise in creating 2D illustrations.
• In regards to my other commission sheets (that I will be posting soon), they share some similarities in like in my TOS, but has major differences from one another. I strictly advise to not bring up pricings and offers from my other sheets in refer to this one especially while negotiating. What's in here stays here.

• Refer to my Commission Sheet, but please keep in mind that those are simply ranges/starting prices for each offer and are negotiable. They aren't fixed and might increase depending on the complexity of the artpiece.
Dos and Don'ts 🩷✅❌

- Suggestive artwork (as long as it does not involve minors)
- Light-Minimal Gore (stylistic, surreal, or minimal to no blood)
- Celebrity stylized portraits (must be treated respectfully; NO NSFW)

- Heavily detailed OCSs (e.g. Mecha)
- Heavy gore
- NSFW
- Hate speech, discriminatory themes, or offensive content targetung any race, gender, religion or identity
- NFTs
- Tracing/Copying from another artist's piece, or to replicate their artwork
Terms of Service 🤝
1. Revisionary and Editing Periods
Please communicate and correct wisely before approval.
✓ Sketch - 3 revisions/10 edits
✓ Coloring - 3 revisions/5 edits
✓ Rendering - 2 revisions/5 edits
✓ Extras - 2 revisions/3 edits
2. WHEN TO TAKE PAYMENT
• Full Payment Upfront
• 50/50 - 50% upfront and 50% completion
3. Refunds & Cancellation
• Refunds are available if:
- 100% if not sketched
- 70% if sketch is delivered
• Strictly no refunds or cancellations after color or rendering is done
• FULL REFUND is given if I choose to cancel
4. Communication Termination
• Communication is termination if you fail to respond after 2 weeks
• Refunds are not applicable once communication is terminated
• I'll make sure to respond to you in less than 5 days during a project. I'll take full accountability if I fail to do so.
7. Illustration Rights
• Rights to use for portfolio
• Rights to use for samples and advertising
• Rights to ownership
• No AI training, reselling, relicensing or NFT usage
• No altering or repurposing of the illustration without consent
• Credited to me
8. Complexity Fees
• Please see through my Artistree to see how much additional fees may cost to a certain piece such as backgrounds, extra characters, etc.
• Fees will be increased depending on how intricate and detailed the piece might be.
• Prices are negotiable, please be fair.
9. Personal Boundaries & Communication
ALL communication should take place through the following designated accounts. This helps me stay organized and helps me ensure that your request gets the attention it deserves.
10. Time of Completion
Expect from a day to a week depending on the illustration. Will be slowed once slots are full. I'll waitlist those who are still interested.
