I went to the doctor before my trip and i lost 7 more pounds!!!! That's a total of 26 from this time last year, it was a long hard journey and my hard work is paying off and it feels great!!
I’m doing great and feeling great, still having some hard days but that’s okay !!! Upped my calorie deficit just a little to 1900 instead of 1800 , needed extra fuel

I had some pictures come up in my memories recently, and they were very needed!! my weight loss journey didn’t originally start this year. It actually started a few years ago. i lost 150 pounds and it was crazy easy then i don’t know why it’s harder now after gaining 30 of it back, it’s different now but that’s besides the point! I often now feel like that women i was wayyyy before my original weight loss. When i look in the mirror i see a women who’s not even there. I had to take a minute and just make myself see with my own eyes
I finally had some progress in my weight loss and the gym has been making me feel really good and I have been feeling like I’m actually killing it lately!
Here’s how it’s been going so far!! Been keeping to my regular work outs as well Yesterday was a bit different it was a special date night at the hotpot before my boyfriend and i started going to the gym next week! I’m waiting till Monday to purchase the membership because I don’t wanna be charged for August and September🙌🏻🤣

Just got back from vacation! My boyfriend and i took a trip up to Erie for a little bit!
We did some time at the beach and some time in Erie wine country!!! But it’s time it get back on track!!! I have decided to give calorie counting a shot even though I decided days before my vacation and didn’t stay on track at all because well it’s vacation… (even though that’s a little silly I didn’t wanna be a I will start tomorrow or next week person I’m trying to be. I will start today Person the last time I did it I drove myself into an eating disorder when I was a teenager and this time I’d really like to try it and be so much healthier about it as an adult, I do try to eat pretty healthy homemade meals overall throughout the week I know it’s hard to say without actually counting the portions but I try to eat pretty normal regular portions, fruits nuts as snacks I’m ready to truely try again and take this step because i know it definitely holding me back, and now that i have my hormones and birth control issue figured out, my doctor said if i want that water to sheild i have to keep moving and do what im doing and take my goals a little more seriously with my expectations of myself and not be so hard on myself

Here’s all my most recent work outs I’m working out for 30-45 minutes but watch keeps pausing during my workouts or ending completely so i gotta figure that out.
I’ve been doing literally every work out in the book i can find with a kettle ball I’ve been really enjoying it!
I haven’t been able to get my morning walks in lately because it’s been too hot out for us to go outside with the kids

Here’s today!!!! I ordered a new watch! So i can track my steps again! I’m really enjoying this stuff i bought i still need to get some good routine down… and great news ish im finally i think down with that long streak of my menstrual cycle!!! I was menstrating from April - June and i did some reading and stuff and i think it the reason i wasn’t feeling good working out and not seeing any change in my body so hopefully it goes up from here!!

I got a whole bunch of work out stuff from 5 below and I’m gonna spend the week getting together a workout routine/ getting use to and learning how to use everything!!! I got two kettle balls, 2 kinds of resistant bands. One had handles is seems to be more for arm work outs and the other go around my legs ( I’m sure yall know but it’s all new for me)
Things have been a bit busy lately. Something really positive tho my one year anniversary just passed this weekend. :) I’m dealing with some isssues with my menstrual cycle, I’ve been on it since april, but here what i got logged lately ish I’ll be better posting hopefully when I’m not under this crazy stress
I’ve also been doing this just because it gives me some ordered work out I’ve been doing it for two weeks a long with lifting a rock like a cave man on my break and lifting weight at home I’m more trying to do lifting workouts for practicality with my life being a preschool teacher!!! I work with infant- 5 years old it can be tough on the body
My walk today!! It’s all i did today, I’m very tired and having been feeling too great, I’ve been having lots of menstrual issues lately and it’s been hard!!
Here’s my walk this week. It was too gross out to honestly be out there and work out safely. I definitely hit the weights at home after work.
