It’s Toa Hahli! This is for the art division of The Legend Continues contest on BZPower. I imagine G2 Hahli would have a grand old time, because she’d get to be awesomely animated again, and all the enemies she’d go up against would be a walk in the park for her.Â

I was asked to create a LEGO version of the shoe designed by Chase Swearingen, one of the kids who participated as a designer in this years Doernbecher Freestyle program. It was given to him as a thank you gift due to his love of LEGO. The final build was 4,500+ bricks, weighs 11 pounds, and is two and a half feet long. It features his lighthouse logo on the back, and I believe the shoe would be about a size 30. It was so incredible to be involved in such a cool project! I hope Chase enjoys his shoe, because I had a lot of fun designing and building the LEGO model of it. This link has more information about the event, as well as more pictures of Chase's actual shoe!  I also found a video of the shoe being presented to Chase at the auction.

Here is a painting I did for Kevin Hinkle's tenth anniversary with LEGO! Kevin is one of the nicest, most awesome people I know, and I'm glad I can consider him a friend. I figured illustrating Pokemon master Sheriff Kevin was the least I could do for him in celebration of his achievements. Here's to ten more years!

It’s the Princess Bride movie poster, LEGO-fied! I did this painting for the charity auction at BrickFair VA 2015.

I made the DashCon ballpit! It features Batman, A Bee Movie cosplayer, Dave Strider (made by Kohila!), a lady Sherlock, and a Chima furry. I will sell it for $17,000.

I made a Wyldstyle cosplay for The LEGO Movie!
The hoodie is made of a giant men's hoodie I cut up and resized to fit me. I made the designs by drawing out the patterns onto contact paper, painting a layer of white so the colours would be bright, and then adding the pink and blue. I'm planning to make the pants and shoes at a later date, because oops, we got snowed/iced in. I'm excited to take this to some LEGO and comic conventions!
My mom had a Big Banana skateboard as a kid, so I dug it out of the garage and made a LEGO version of it.Â

Made a puffin! It is life size, which isn't very big, because apparently, Atlantic puffins are only eight or nine inches high. This will be at BrickFair VA in August.
