Two Things!

It’s good to be back

At the last minute I was like “wait a second, is azalea actually poisonous? Because I’m pretty sure it is but I should probably double-check” and I found out that

It is, and

“Bees are deliberately fed on Azalea/Rhododendron nectar in some parts of Turkey, producing a mind-altering, potentially medicinal, and occasionally lethal honey known as ‘mad honey’.”[6]

Not sure what “potentially medicinal” means, but that’s been your fun fact of the day. You’re welcome.

Hello friends! I anticipate quite a few 1-page weeks while I finish probably applying to grad school (yeah, I’m not sure what my life is either, my dudes). But here! Have a page. It is very pink.

I made this mini comic a while ago, all the way back at SPX. It’s an adaptation of a ballad about a king whose mother tries to kill his wife with freaky magic. However, it is not a murder ballad.
