Trying out Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh... Van Gogh is one of my favourite artists - and this painting is one of his masterpieces. Short painterly brushstrokes, the focus on the moon, different representation of the celestial bodies and fully expressive sky above a calm village makes this painting beauty in itself. It took a lot of time and patience to finish this painting, but I felt very grateful after seeing the finished piece of work.
