I know that this scene was meant to be "Samon is too dumb to realize he was made fun of", but I find it so funny that the one and only time he calls Tasuku by his surname (not just name) is after Tasuku tries to insult him even if it might be 90% of their interactions pre-ep10.

Oh, by the way, I headcanon that grown up Ushio will write his universe's version of "The Crab Cannery Ship" (the novel on which ep7 was based). Probably it will be less dark than original one (and maybe it wouldn't end with a failure of the first uprising? Please?), but still having a message of. Well. Uniting against the injustices of capitalism.

I just hope Ushio doesn't share the same fate as the real author of the novel. Though he still is a magical boy and Ushio Oshamanbe. Leave it to him to get out of the whatever trap he might get into, and find a real purpose of his eternal hunger - eat the rich.

When the universe is trying so hard to hint you something's wrong that it has to conjure a plate out of thin air just to have it shatter before your eyes.

That, or maybe someone at that school hated the student council so much they threw a plate at them from across the room, and missed by a hair.

Either way, that (and those fucking rats in the Kusatsu’s dorm) seems like good enough reason to go back to Binan,with or without superstitions….

why doesn't Shinkurou give Tasuku a nickname? he calls EVERY other character by a cutesy diminutive of their given name. he started calling Sutoreito by a nickname about ten seconds after learning what his name was. hell, he calls Samon Mon-san. all three of them were friends with Sutoreito at some point, though whether those periods overlapped is unclear. but if they DID, why would he call Samon by a nickname and not Tasuku, if they all knew each other through Sutoreito? and it's not even that Tasuku doesn't get the nickname treatment, he calls him Nekoma. no honorific, no nothing. family name only.

no wonder Tasuku has an inferiority complex, if SHINKUROU of all people won't even call you -san you're completely fucked

I forgot how funny Hashibiro is. Most awkward alien in the entire show. Really makes it feel like Wombat's human protection group was just some grassroots movement consisting of whatever hippies they could find, no qualifications needed. I love you Hashibiro, you're doing great👍

I’d like to think that In some parallel universe these boys go to the school the next day yapping about Maximum Gorar, meet the twins (who are yapping about Gorar exactly the same way), and four of them form an Maximum Gorar Worshipping Club together.

And then the next year they see Gora accompanying  Yumoto to school and start to look after him, and Yumoto gets to have at least two (or four if in this AU Beppus are staying on Earth and an absence of trauma makes them a little less dicks) friends long before entering a high school.

Or maybe, even if the twins do end up on Andromeda, they'll have someone to miss besides the Gorar (even if it’s only a companions in fanboying over Gorar), and history maybe change (just a little bit).

And maybe (if this squad is known as ‘A Superheroes Worshipping Club’) Atsushi, who is also still in the elementary school, hears about them, and as a fan of superheroes, gets interested, and then… well.

Has anyone else noticed how they're starting to transition to Love Love/VEPPer's anniversary?

We've got this lottery merch that included just VEPPer and no Caerula Adamas (track suit maid outfits you will always be famous) (this is from a few months ago (I wanna say spring/summer?) but I'm not bothered to check lol everything beyond this is more recent)

The Love Love Stageplay (literally who had the return of the stageplay on their bingo lmao)

The rerun of the china cafe which now includes VEPPer (slay kings!!! actually such a good look on them)

And this shirt from the exhibition that literally says VEPPer 10th anniversary (if that's not a dead giveaway than idk what is man)

I don't really have a point with this post I just wanted to point out what I've been seeing 😗

Boueibu Haikara is collabing with Unzen Onsen in Nagasaki prefecture in a collab called "Unzen Onsen is Haikara!" There'll be a stamp rally, sale of the Unzen region's famous hayashi rice (with bonuses) and if you can complete the stamp rally, there'll be a tour. Expect more details in mid-December 2025 and the collab itself in the last 3rd of January 2026.
