...Yes, Ma’am. Before that was the carnival and spring break...but more than just fun things to do I--I don’t mean to complain, Ma’am, but...they took away my future, Ma’am. They won’t let me or any of the other Submissives or Switches study what we want. For the artistic majors like music or dance or art there are ways to express that still and keep learning but...I’m a Political Science major, Ma’am, and they won’t even allow political talk in classrooms at all. And I can’t put my friends in danger by having open debates or anything like that. So I’ve just...been reading everything I can and trying to understand it the best I can, but...

To be completely honest, Ma’am, I’ve just felt...very lost. And I hate that, to use the words of some of my classmates, I’m ‘letting’ them make me feel this way, but I just--don’t know who I am anymore, Ma’am.

Sophia’s chosen submission exercise is fairly simple, and performed during lunch hour. Laying out a pair of soft yoga mats, Sophia instructs the two submissives to assume a kneeling position, after which the Domme affixes a blind fold for each. As she does so, she keeps in constant communication, explicitly verbalizing each of her actions.

The submissives are each given a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones that are connected via blue tooth to the Dommes computer. She starts the exercise with complete silence, but after a while, Sophia’s soft voice fills the headphones, giving meditative commands–like requesting particular visualizations and breathing techniques.

Sophia listens for their compliance. Then she moves on to saying different affirmations and reading uplifting quotations from popular fiction and classical literature. Bouts of silence are peppered in between. By the time the exercise ends, Sophia explains that she will bring them back to reality very slowly.

The offer of aftercare is made, should either submissive want it.

Being outside makes me feel like I can breathe.

[Glancing a the guards, he motioned to his sister and smirked.] Told you guys I had friends. [A guard rolled his eyes and Max just patted the spot next to him n his bed.]

[Madison blinked in surprise and smiled in spite of herself; seeing either of her brothers happy made her happy automatically, in spite of everything else that was going on.] Of course I give a fuck about you, I’m your sister.

[Madison crossed the room and sat on the bed, then eyed the gun and shook her head.] I don’t think so--not right now, anyway. Thanks, though. [Madison eyed the guards again, then looked back at him.] You don’t--have to stay here, do you? You can leave your room, as long as they come with?
