I get to make people smile for a living…and i wouldn’t have it any other way.
did a little bit of exploring today in my neighbourhood. I didn’t wan’t to go home right away after work so here’s some pieces of my world.
Don’t underestimate alone time with yourself…you’d be surprised of how therapeutic it actually is.
through out the years of my photography career…i’ve rarely ever used any kind of external flash or light. Given the circumstances i work in…if I don’t need it i you won’t see me with it.
I love natural light. Whatever season…if i have the opportunity to catch it i’ll definitely be chasing it.
Here’s two of my favourite shots from today while on the field :)
im trying to do this thing in my life where i learn to love and appreciate the blessings i’ve been overlooking. One simple thing is the environment i grew up.
I’m not a winter person. and if i could i would hibernate like the bears and wake up when everything’s been melted. Canada is treacherous in the winter…
But while i was in a meeting the other day at work our producer said “sometimes we wont have the things we need to complete a project - things will be missing or incomplete and there wont be time to go around hunting for the footage you need - so you need to make due with what you have and just find a way to make it work”
It just makes sense, right?
why do you need to look so far ahead when you’ve got the whole world right in front of you?
Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then go and do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
