“why don’t we start by showing me what you have so far!” iris scurried up to the front before removing her jacket and placing it on the floor. she crossed her legs and comfortably placed her elbows on her knees, eager to see the girl’s current choreo. “don’t worry too much! just let it flow and if at the end something comes to your mind, let that out too! we’re just having fun here, okay?”
Maegan wouldn’t lie – Iris’ words were definitely comforting, but still she couldn’t help but to exaggerate and become paranoid. Though she did have faith on the professor, still, she coudln’t help but become anxious at this very moment. It took her momentarily to respond, sighing in defeat. “O–okay.” she said, reluctantly.
Her choreo was still on a mess, but of course, she knew that Iris couldn’t help her at all if she does not show what she have so far, and so, she reluctantly agreed. “Promise not to laugh, or say anything negative? I know it’s really shitty and i’m – i am honestly out of ideas, and so, my routine is pretty generic, and messy. I am honestly not satisfied yet, but yeah–” she sighed heavily, heels spinning around as she walked towards the stereo, playing the song she was working on.
The freshman sat on the middle of the dance floor, her back facing Iris as she waited for the song to start. She slowly stood up while the beginning tune started, turning around in the process.
Every night up in the club getting money with the thugs thought I’d never fall in love then there was you.
She pretended to walk to the side in a slow pace, stopping midway as she opened her palm in the air, closing it after a few seconds. Maegan walked back a few steps, her hand was up in the air, finger pointing at her head. She clutches her chest passionately after, and slowly she moved her hand that was on her chest into her front, pointing to particularly no one.
And I don’t wanna be a player no more
Maegan shook her head, the corner her lips tugging into a smirk as her hand was still in front of her, palm open, facing in front, she pushed the air away, as if showing an action of pushing someone away.
Every night in the club tricking with a different girl thought I’d never fall in love then I met you
Once again, she pretended to walk in a slow pace, this time to the opposite side of the room, she held her the side of her head, and once again, clutches her chest passionately after, she turned to face the front, pointing to no one in particular.
She shook her head, her lips curving into a smile.
One look and just one touch.
Her pointing finger rose, before she pointed at her own eyes. Her pointing finger once again rose, before she opened her hand, palm facing forward.
The song continued to play on, and Maegan stood still in the middle, a frown forming on her lips. “Well, that’s it– It’s so shitty, isn’t it?”
