ULTIMATE MENTAL GLOW UP GUIDE 1/3
● psychology and neurology
Most people are unaware of how much the subconscious can literally change us, if you want to glow up and become the best version of yourself it all starts here I will explain the impact of the subconscious in everyday life and how you can use it to literally become better I will do a series of blogs on how to get better but let's start
1.the use of the subconscious
The subconscious mind mainly has 2 things
● passive memory : It's the actions you do unconsciously without really thinking about it, walking, talking, chewing food etc.
● neural diagram : and that's where it's important the subconscious controls your actions according to the way you think and act the more you think and think in a way then your subconscious will convince itself that it's true so think good of yourself ♡
2.limiting belief
A limiting belief is an idea that your subconscious believes to be true and that blocks you in your daily life. For example, if you constantly repeat that you are bad at math, the next math exam will have a greater chance of failing because your brain will act accordingly to your limiting belief by telling you that you are bad, you will not make an effort unconsciously.
3. Confirmation bias
your brain looks for proof of what it already believes so if you want to reinforce an affirmation give confirmation to your brain to reinforce ♡
4.Tips 𐙚
● daily affirmations
Practicing daily affirmations can be a good way to reprogram your subconscious, especially when you wake up and before going to bed, it is even more effective
● Make vision boards, it's another way to stimulate the subconscious and it's very effective.
● prove the opposite of your limiting beliefs
If your limiting belief is "I can't get a good grade," you have to prove yourself wrong by getting a good grade. It's silly 🥲 but it works
● surround yourself with positivity
If you are surrounded by negativity it will eventually get to you. Surround yourself with positivity and protect your peace ♡
