Does anyone else have issues with being overly educated yet not educated enough? I'm from a relatively poor and uneducated family and by uneducated I mean I'm the first one from my family to go to uni. This kinda makes me feel like an outsider in my family in a way because I'm interested in natural sciences and I don't have a career like they had at my age because I'm still studying and they don't really understand my world. However at uni I kinda feel like I'm not enough because I didn't spend my childhood talking about politics because my family members aren't that interested in it and pretty much everyone else at uni feel like they're way more aware of things and they just know so much about everything and I'm just afraid they'll find out that I'm in fact the poor, dumb girl who pretends to be smart to fit in. I'm standing somewhere in the middle and I don't really belong anywhere.
