A RACIAL SLUR.
JUST as bad as the “n” slur, the “k” slur, or the “r” slur.
G*psy is a term used to derogatorily describe an ethnicity/people that everybody apparently forgets exists: the Romani.
Stop using this slur on your shirts, jewellery, and in your metaphysical shops.
Stop using a terrible slur against a thriving people for your own profit or benefit.
Stop using a slur against a thriving people to describe yourself as “Adventurous uwu”.

I hate when Bohemian shops have this in their name..because it goes from.. i want to buy this thing because its my style…to but i dont want to support your choice to have a slur in your business title..
i havent seen anyone add this yet but if youre bilingual, particularly european/slavic, your mother tongue may use a different word equivalent to the g slur, which can be c*gan/z*gan/ts*gan. i havent heard it used in english at all, but many european languages use that as a derogatory term in the same way. i heard it used as a general term for romani people constantly without knowing it was a slur until recently. i knew as a young teen that the g slur was a slur in english but i didnt know about the version i heard constantly til i found out bout the comparison. antiromanyism used to be called antiz*ganism (as well as the same word but with the g slur) and was renamed bc thats a slur also. so if youve heard that or use it then uhhh don’t
In french, it’s mostly “g*tan” although “tz*gan” has been used. Just don’t use those words. It’s a slur. Only Romani can use it about themselves bc it’s reclaiming (the same way black ppl can use the n word and lgbt+ can use queer).
