levi would try and deny the feelings he has for the other (in the beginning). most tend to think that he would become embarrassed or something like that, but he wouldnāt. he would try his best to push them out of his thoughts as much as possible. levi has already realized thatāespecially considering heās a corporal in the military and he has a dark pastāhe looses lots of people around him. considering he has feelings for the other person, he would try his best and distance himself from him. (for example, if the said person asked levi about something, levi would probably cross his arms and avoid eye contact, making his answer short and curt so he could distance himself.) levi would try his best to deny the feelings he has developed, basically.
after a while, i feel like levi would come to the realization that he does in fact have feelings for the other, but he probably wouldnāt know how to act. when i refer to act, i meanĀ āin-a-way-that-the-other-isnāt-intimidated-and-knows-he-likes-themā. cāmon, levi is a pretty intimidating guyāhe glares a huge majority of the time, and his speech doesnāt really help with the wholeĀ āintimidating factorā.
(look at that expressionāpretty nonchalantā¦ non-caring.) anyway, levi would probably try and learn their likes and dislikes, probably listening on to their conversations (in a non-stalker way, of course), and try his best to learn about them.
i feel like levi would try and hold conversations with his crush, whether they be small talk or full-on convos. heād knowingly drop things into the conversation that his crush likes so he could see his crushes expression light up. levi would always try and have his crush around himāsay he was assigning people to clean the headquarters, levi would make sure his crush cleaned a section near himāas much as possible.
when levi confessed, however, it wouldnāt be smooth, or charming, or anything of the sort. heād probably end up insulting the other accidentally out of nervousness, and un-characteristically blush. heād sigh heavily and stumble over his words, explaining how he liked them despite them being an idiot, or how he had no clue why he liked them but he did. the confession would be cute in an oddly weird way. heād drop the question of them to be in a relationship with him, and when they agree, heād hug them and smile happily.
i feel like these would be a few scenarios that would happen if levi would have a crush (so you sort of have some ideas if you need).
he wouldnāt understand the butterflies in his stomach when he sees his crush. heād furrow his eyebrows and scowl, placing a hand absentmindedly on his stomach.
the tips of leviās ears would heat up when he sees his crush, and he wouldnāt understand why it happened for the longest time; levi would glare in his crushes general direction, but when realized why he blushed, he would avoid his gaze and try to think of other things than his crush.
his gaze would linger on them, and he couldnāt help but always look at them when theyāre in the room.
heād never insult them, well try to that is. when he was trying to deny his feelings, heād be grumpier and rude towards them, but would gradually start complimenting them. say the crush was cleaning, heād glance over their work and tell their work was āfine and/or acceptableā.
heād always mention their name when theyāre talking about good soldiers, always saying how they arenāt āshit at everythingā or something like that.
heād always keep a watchful eye on them, just so he knows theyāre safe.
