I know that in canon, we don't actually know what Arkady's preferences are, but I have personally always headcanoned Omega Red as demisexual. Time and time again, we have seen that he's just not interested in other people unless he forms a strong emotional connection to them first. When he does though, he is devoted in ways that make a person smile.
