Finally migraine free after two days straight and headache free after a week! These were in addition to mundane efforts (rest, hydration, nourishing food, EO roll-ons and arnica CBD cream) and prescription + OTC medications. I did create a new sigil and add that on as well, but didn’t get a pic.

My muscles are relaxed

Ease my migraine

Ease my neck pain

My headache goes away

My back is relaxed and free from pain

My pain is manageable

If you’re looking for a more discreet way to use sigils to help with symptoms, here are a few tips:

Draw somewhere that can be easily covered

Draw with oils, balms, pain cream or lotion.

Draw with water and let it evaporate, or by tracing your finger on your skin

Draw on the inside of a bandaid (also nice because you can place it wherever you’d like if there’s a certain spot the pain feels worse)

Draw on a piece of paper and keep it on your person

I will say I personally find these more effective if they’re physically on your body, but I’ve definitely had sigils work while drawn on paper and in my pocket. There is something to be said about the gentleness of drawing on your hopes for ease and improvement, and the tangibility of something you can see when so much of your suffering and efforts feel invisible.

this is a basic and powerful banishment spell to keep a toxic, malicious person from influencing you, affecting your world, and attempting to hurt you. best done during a waning moon. you will need:

> black pepper (banishment, protection from evil)

> cloves (banishing hostile and negative forces)

> vinegar (banishing, binding, and averting evil)

> black and white candle

> paper and pen with black ink

> a jar with a lid

1. as you light your candles, recognize that the flame creates an aura of fire, will and strength. the black candle burns and summons protection from evil; the white candle burns and brings you cleansing and purifying. meditate on the flames and allow their warm auras to surround you.

2. write the person’s full name (if it’s known) on a small piece of paper. hold the paper in your hands and let yourself feel angry, hurt, sad, or whatever this person makes you feel. charge the paper with the pain this person has caused you, until you feel done. then, take your pen and scribble out the person’s name until it’s completely blacked out and opaque.

3. fold the paper up as many times as you can, and throw it in the jar. sprinkle the pepper and cloves over the paper, then fill the jar with vinegar. this mixture banishes their evil from you and drowns out their will and power to harm you. close the jar tightly. if you wish, use some black wax from your candle to drip onto the lid and seal the jar shut.

4. place your banishment jar in a dark, hidden place, like the bottom drawer of a dresser or the corner of a closet. keep it forever, or until you feel its purpose is fulfilled.

🖤 Spell Jar for Protection 🖤

Ingredients/Equipment

Chilli Flakes (or Chilli Powder, whatever's around) - to ward off unwanted guests

Rosemary - purification, protection

Salt - absorbing negative energy, protection, purification

Black Pepper (both peppercorns and grounded) - banish negativity, protection from evil

3 Bay Leaves - protection from harmful energies

Protection Sigil or a Banish Negativity Sigil

Preferably Black Candle to seal the jar (white may be used as a substitute as I have done)

A Jar

A Funnel (trust me, if you don't use one shit will go everywhere, make and use a homemade paper funnel if you need to)

Spell Method

Cast a protective circle or do your own pre-spell rituals, whatever works for you and light the candle

Cleanse your equipment and ingredients (I use specific ritual incense but again whatever works for you, sage burning, etc)

Put the ingredients in the jar one at a time, repeating a chosen affirmation for protection with each one. The order doesn't nessicarily matter as the intent is what's most important. However, I recommend leaving the bay leaves until last

Use a marker to draw a sigil that represents protection or banishing negativity on at least one of the bay leaves. If you need to break up the leaves to fit them in the jar that's okay; again, the intention is what's most important

Close the jar and seal it with the wax from the candle

Muriel’s “Forget Me” Ward

I get to have some FUN with this one :) the game only mentions it “smelling like” myrrh. This is going to be a semi-permeable ward spell- I suggest keeping it in a sheer satchet since this one smells nice!!

Ingredients:

Myrrh or myrrh oil

Forget-me-nots

Mugwort leaves

Dwayberry flowers (optional!! Stay!! Safe!!)

American elder/elderflower

Snowflake obsidian (optional)

Glass stones ((optional) the little pebbles in ya bathroom near the freshener)

Assembly:

Add your Obsidian, glass and myrrh (if solid) to a satchet of your choosing. Due to the nature of this spell I’d use black, dark green or maroon in color

If you are adding myrrh oil, add that now to your plant-based ingredients so it doesn’t fall through or stain your satchet

Now place your mugwort, dwayberry flowers, forget me nots and elderflower into your satchel

Pray and bless your spell and set its intention (now you get to be creative!)

Hang in doorways or windows as a ward or keep with you as a traveling protection spell!!

Maintenance:

Wards need maintenance, witchlets! Every month you should be re-invigorating your wards.

Drive Safe and Alert

Spell Jar 🚗

My mother hasn’t been sleeping well so I made her that sleepy time spell jar. Then she tells me that she’s going on a six hour car drive for work. I was terrified that the spell jar might make her fall asleep at the wheel. But I still needed the sleepy time spell jar to work, because she needs to sleep in order to drive safely. So I meditated with the spell jar and specified that it help her obtain restful sleep At Night While She’s Safely in Bed. I used visualization too. She claims to be sleeping better, but is a vague person who refuses to be more specific. So now that she slept when it was appropriate, I needed to make sure she didn’t fall asleep at the wheel. So I made this.

(Just an FYI Saturday’s are excellent for protection and Wednesday’s are excellent for travel related things. I’m not sure what moon Phase goes best, to me moon phases aren’t really specific enough when it comes to things like safe travel so it didn’t matter)

I emphasized protection and energy (alertness). I filled it with:

I wrote her name on it theban. I did not deal with wax because I’m in the broom closet and I didn’t want it to be suspicious if she found it. I charged/cleanse using Selenite and black stones. I hid it in the back pouch of the the drivers seat. I’d recommend drawing a safe travel sigil if you know how (I don’t so I didn’t) somewhere on the bottle.

(If able, I’d also recommend sealing with orange wax for energy and charging in sunlight; any orange crystals for energy and black crystals for protection would work. I’d recommend cleansing with a protective scent like myrrh or sandalwood or frankincense)

You Will Need:
