How many of the Clue Crew have actually read the books? Like the original 60 or so published in the 30s to like the 50s, with the old fashioned covers and stuff? I’m not dissing anyone who hasn’t read them, but that’s what got me interested in the games in the first place and I’ve always been curious.

Just found out there’s a ND HerInteractive fandom over the weekend.
I’ve been a fan of HerInteractive’s Nancy Drew games since I was a child (I’m in my mid-twenties now). I stumbled upon the Clue Crew on Tumblr this weekend and spent hours exploring posts. I felt like I found my people! More specifically, I was delighted/interested/relieved to know that
1. Other people have been calling Nancy out on casually stealing people’s stuff, because I’ve always thought that was weird and hilarious.
2. Other people were excited about Dagny being the first openly queer/LGBTQIA character in the ND universe.
3. Nancy meeting Soony Joon was handled in such a weird way in MED. Like, seriously Nancy? You’ve been following this guy around for years and you act like you don’t immediately know who he is? Whaaaaatever.
4. Many others were as disappointed in MED as I was. WTF happened with that game? It was a disaster.Â
5. Adults like me are playing this game because honestly, I thought my husband and I were the only ones.
6. Others are as upset about Lani being let go as I am (she’s the voice of my childhood!… and my adulthood, let’s be honest).

Hello everyone. My name is Marissa and I’m going to be entering my third year of college. To be more financially smart, this year I have decided to live in an apartment to save on loans. But before I get to move in, I need things to put in my apartment. Normally I would not be asking for help, but I am struggling to save for my future rent/school supplies, afford basic furniture, pay of current debt (from past semesters), first months rent, and medication. I am just asking for your help to raise just $1,000, which will be used to buy a bed, a desk, couch, my textbooks, and whatever other necessities seem to pop up on the way.
I am currently working but my paycheck is already barely covering my gas (to go to and from work) and food. This transitional period of my life, along with my current financial standing is adding to my anxiety and depression that I already face everyday. Words cannot describe what a relief it would be to gain this support. As I said before, I would not normally ask for this kind of help but I am in a bind and my parents are in a bad financial situation. I just need this little extra boost to help me prepare for my next year at school.

Hands down the most forgettable game is Trail of the Twister. It’s just so meh. Even with the unrealistic puzzles in the new games, they are thousands of times better than this.
