I'm playing a new save in stardew valley (expanded) at the mo and I'm playing as a boy for the first time (mostly cause one of the many new mods I've added have given the girls boobs which... no thanks) and it is really interesting noticing the things that feel different. like the first few hours of play it felt weird chasing the npcs down to chat to them cause like. boy running after girls to talk to them felt bad? but like in a not sexist safe world that should be no different than a girl doing it. also it makes alex seem less shitty and annoyingly I realised I prefer willy saying miss than lad even though I hate hate miss in any other context.
