My favorite things about omorashi are usually the sounds. The sound of someone panting in desperation, groaning at the pain and pressure of their full bladder while they squirm. Their gasp when they leak, and the moan when they finally relieve their bladder. I also love the hissing sound as they pee and the sound f the piss hitting the floor. The sounds make it for me.
