Sometimes it really feels to me like Olruggio is the answer to every cry for a character or a world where fire is represented as something wholly good and natural and safe instead of as evil or temperamental and dangerous.

He's Olruggio of the torch! He's THE fire witch! And he's Sweet. He's a little gruff but so very gentle. He refuses to sell or create spells that could even potentially hurt little kids. He's passionate about helping the common people over the demands of the nobility even when it costs him.
