Yeah, just another trans guy

My name’s Murilo. I’m just another trans guy among many.

I don’t even know why I’m making this page.. I’m not big on exposing myself, but at the same time I love making new friends.

I’m from southern Brazil, from the state of Paraná. I’m 30 years old, I’ve been on hormone therapy for 10 years, and I’ve had top surgery and a hysterectomy.

If you’re not cool with trans people, don’t bother, and don’t make me bother either. Just leave this page and go live your life.

To keep it simple, I’m bisexual. I’m a bit shy at first but I open up with time. Kinda nerdy, but not that kind of nerd.

I’m a nutrition student, neurodivergent, I respect everyone, and I’m also a nature lover.

I think that sums it up pretty well.

If anything, feel free to talk to me, we can always work out a cool conversation in any language. The internet makes it way easier these days to connect beyond your native language.

Meu nome é Murilo, sou mais um cara trans no meio de tantos, eu nem sei porque tô fazendo essa página, não sou muito de me expor mas ao mesmo tempo amo fazer amizades novas, sou do sul do Brasil, do estado do Paraná, tenho atualmente 30 anos, estou a 10 anos em hormônio terapia, tenho mastectomia e histerectomia, se você não curte pessoas trans, não se de ao trabalho e não me dê ao trabalho de reclamar, apenas saia dessa página e vá viver sua vida. Pra simplificar eu sou bissexual, sou um pouco tímido no começo mas me solto com o tempo, sou meio nerd mas não nerdola, sou estudante de nutrição, sou neurodivergente, respeito tudo e todos, também sou amante da natureza.. acho que isso é um bom resumo, qualquer coisa pode vir falar comigo que a gente desenrola um papo maneiro em qualquer idioma, hoje em dia a internet ajuda muito a conversar com pessoas além da minha língua materna. A little bit of my training progress.

The difference isn’t huge yet, but you can already notice it.

Over these months I’ve seen good progress in my shoulders and a bit in my chest, even though I don’t really like training chest.

Something I wanted to share with y’all

A few weeks ago I went out clubbing again, to Dante Club here in Curitiba. This time I met up with a guy I knew from the internet. He’s a bit older than me, I’m 30 and he’s 34. We don’t talk that much ‘cause his life’s pretty busy and he travels a lot. Unlike the other guy I used to see, he’s a little taller than me, not as much as the other one, but still. He’s really cute though, blond with light eyes, which is actually not usually my type.

Anyway, I saw him, said hi with a hug and a kiss on the cheek. After that he went back to his friends and I went back to my girlfriend and her friend. Then when we were leaving, I went to say goodbye to him, and as I was heading out he pulled me in so I could kiss his cheek. I probably should’ve just kissed him, but I didn’t have the courage.

My girlfriend laughed at me and said she was waiting for it to happen, but yeah… not this time.

Now he’s in Japan, but I guess when he gets back, we’ll have our chance.

Uma coisa que eu queria compartilhar com vocês—

Já faz algumas semanas que fui novamente pra balada, o Dante Club, aqui de Curitiba. Dessa vez encontrei um moço que conheci na internet. Ele é um pouco mais velho que eu, tenho 30 e ele 34. A gente não conversa muito, porque a vida dele é bem corrida e ele viaja bastante.

Ao contrário do outro rapaz com quem já fiquei, ele é um pouco mais alto que eu, não tanto quanto o outro, mas ainda assim. Ele é bem fofo, loiro, de olhos claros, coisa que normalmente eu evitava.

Enfim, quando vi ele, fui dar oi com um abraço e um beijo no rosto. Depois disso, ele voltou pros amigos dele e eu voltei pra minha namorada e pro amigo dela.

Quando estávamos indo embora, fui me despedir dele. Na hora de sair, ele me puxou pra eu dar um beijo no rosto dele… eu devia ter beijado, mas não tive coragem.

Minha namorada riu de mim e disse que estava esperando o beijo acontecer, mas não foi dessa vez.

Agora ele está no Japão, mas acredito que, quando ele voltar, a gente vai ter a nossa oportunidade.

Just a quick update

I’m still hitting the gym every day, really focused on getting stronger. I’m not tryna be all skinny and shredded, I actually like my build, I just wanna get stronger. Every month I take my measurements and calculate my average BF to keep track of my progress. Right now I’m kinda in that up-and-down phase, weight going back and forth and putting on a bit of fat, but it is what it is… I’m human, not everything is linear. About the video, I know the form ain’t perfect, it was already my fourth set, and I was using 22kg (48.5 lbs). I injured my left elbow and wrist, so I didn’t go with my usual 24kg (52.9 lbs), and didn’t try to push up to 26kg (57.3 lbs) like I wanted. For now, I’d rather stick with dumbbells. That pic with my finger and the two metal splinters, I hit my finger on the gym bar and ended up with two tiny pieces stuck in it. Luckily I’m up to date on my tetanus shot and managed to get them out the same day. Took a bit, but I got it.

I’m not really that good at posting, but I just wanted to update and show I’m still around. If you need anything or just wanna talk, feel free to hit me up in private. I know some people get kinda shy about that, I do too, but I’ll reply. Might take a little while sometimes, but I will. Só pra atualizarContinuo indo pra academia diariamente. Estou focando bastante na questão da força; não tenho o objetivo de ter um corpo magro e trincado. Gosto do meu biotipo, só quero ficar mais forte ainda. Todos os meses eu tiro minhas medidas e faço uma média do meu BF pra acompanhar minha evolução. No momento estou meio “sanfona”, com idas e vindas no peso e um certo acúmulo de gordura, mas sei que isso faz parte. Sou humano, nem tudo é linear.Sobre o vídeo: eu sei que a execução não está perfeita, até porque já era minha quarta série, e nesse exercício usei 22kg (48,5 lbs). Eu lesionei o cotovelo e o pulso esquerdo, então não tentei usar meu peso base de 24kg (52,9 lbs), nem evoluir a carga como queria para 26kg (57,3 lbs). Por enquanto, prefiro treinar com halteres.A foto em que aparece meu dedo com duas farpas de ferro: eu bati o dedo na barra da academia e duas lascas bem pequenas acabaram entrando. Por sorte, estou com a vacina antitetânica em dia e consegui remover as farpas no mesmo dia, demorou um pouco, mas deu tudo certo.

As outras fotos são só pra mostrar um pouco de mim…Não sou muito bom em postagens, mas estou atualizando pra mostrar que continuo por aqui. Se precisarem ou quiserem conversar, podem me chamar no privado. Eu sei que algumas pessoas ficam tímidas pra isso, eu também sou assim, mas eu respondo. Às vezes posso demorar um pouco, mas sempre respondo. Acho muito legal conversar com pessoas pelo Tumblr, porque esse blog conecta gente de vários lugares.

Anyway, just a little update on how I’ve been. Overall I’m good… kinda feeling a bit down sometimes, but I’m alright. I haven’t skipped a single day at the gym, just taking things step by step and trying to find my happiness.

I’m still with the same trans girl I was dating before. I’m not really looking for cis guys or another relationship anymore, a lot of them just turn out to be assholes.

So yeah… I’m still here 💪🏻

It’s been a while since I last posted, right? Sorry, life’s been kinda crazy. I adopted a kitten, she’s a black and white female, 4 months old. So yeah, things have been busy getting everything set up for her, and next month I’m getting her spayed.

Anyway, I’ve still been going to the gym regularly. I’m still a bit overweight, but one thing’s for sure, if I wasn’t, my muscles wouldn’t be showing even during workouts.

I didn’t even notice there was a bench in front of my face, but yeah, that’s actually me doing the exercise. Big arms, right? I’m proud of my progress.

So, a picture of me for a little update. I’ve been back at the gym since January, and I’ve already noticed some changes. My rhythm is slowly coming back. When the gym is closed I even get a bit anxious because I can’t train, but it is what it is, the body needs rest too.

They managed to drag me to the club again. This time it was a Lady Gaga special night. It was insanely packed, and I ended up just standing around like security because I don’t really know any of the newer songs.

Conseguiram me levar pra balada mais uma vez. Dessa vez era uma noite especial da Lady Gaga. Estava extremamente cheio, e eu fiquei mais parado, tipo segurança, porque não conheço quase nenhuma das músicas novas.

I went to a club after years. I’m not really into it, but I went with my girlfriend and a friend of hers, who says he’s into me, but never really makes a move. Also, the places we went to didn’t help much, especially because he won’t stop smoking regular cigarettes, and I can’t stand the smell.

Anyway, I went to 2 bars and 2 clubs in the same night, all within about 4 hours. The one I liked the most was Santa No Soy. The feet pics, my bathroom selfie, the disco ball and the black-and-white bathroom entrance photos are from Dante Club, which is also cool.

But I ended up spending more time in the smoking area with that friend than actually inside the club, and that was the part I liked the least (probably because of the company, no joke, I think he smoked more than 20 cigarettes in 4 hours).

Maybe someday I’ll go back with different company or just with my girlfriend, and maybe we’ll hook up with someone there. But in both clubs, it was mostly cis gay men. That night (yesterday, Feb 6, 2026), I didn’t see anyone I felt attracted to.

Fui a uma balada depois de anos. Não sou muito fã, mas fui acompanhando minha namorada e um amigo dela, que diz que quer ficar comigo, mas não chega direito. Além disso, os lugares que fomos não ajudaram muito, principalmente porque ele não para de fumar (cigarro comum) e eu não suporto cheiro de cigarro.

Enfim, na mesma noite fui a 2 bares e 2 baladas, tudo em um intervalo de 4 horas. A que mais gostei foi a Santa No Soy. As fotos dos pés, a minha foto no banheiro, a globo espelhada e a entrada do banheiro em preto e branco são da Dante Club, que também é legal.

Mas acabei passando mais tempo no fumódromo com esse amigo do que dentro da balada em si, e isso foi a parte que menos gostei (talvez por causa da companhia; sem exagero, acho que ele fumou mais de 20 cigarros em 4 horas).

Talvez um dia eu volte, com outras companhias ou só com a minha namorada, e quem sabe a gente fique com alguém por lá. Mas nessas duas baladas, a maioria absoluta era de homens cis gays. Nesse dia (ontem, 06/02/26), não vi ninguém que me atraísse.

Me at the gym the other day, leg day. As always, I trained as hard as I could. One month back at the gym and I’ve already seen some changes, staying focused and keeping the progress going.

After a few weeks at the gym, you can already see some results. This is me after back and shoulder day. I went hard on the workout, didn’t skip anything and kept the intensity high. My form was on point and I even managed to increase the weight. Feels good to see the muscles starting to show, even if it’s just a little.

Depois de algumae semanas na academia, já dá pra ver um pouco de resultado. Esse sou eu depois do dia de costas e ombro. Peguei bem firme no treino, não deixei de fazer nada e fiz tudo com muita intensidade. Caprichei nas execuções e ainda consegui evoluir a carga. Fico feliz porque, mesmo sendo pouco, já dá pra notar os músculos aparecendo.

I know it’s normal, and genetics definitely play a part (both my parents already have fully white hair — my mom dyes hers; they’re 48 and 46, I’m 30).

Hoje fui de novo pra academia, fiz ombro e abdômen

Went to the gym again today — shoulders and abs.

It was a good, intense workout. I spent most of the time training alone; the coach was upstairs working out, so I could just focus on my routine without worrying about people watching.

I follow his program, do the best execution I can, lower the weight when needed. I’m not training my ego, I’m training my body — and getting injured is not an option.

Hoje fui de novo pra academia, treino de ombro e abdômen.

Foi um treino bom e intenso. Fiquei boa parte do tempo sozinho, o professor estava no andar de cima treinando, então consegui fazer tudo com calma, sem me preocupar com alguém olhando.

Sigo a ficha direitinho, priorizo a execução e diminuo o peso quando precisa. Não estou treinando ego, estou treinando meu corpo e não posso me lesionar.

Hey Tumblr people, a random photo I took at the bus terminal near my place.

It’s been a week since I got back to the gym. My body’s still a bit sensitive — not pain like I did something wrong, just soreness from pushing myself in training.

Anyway, I haven’t felt any pressure or pain in the hysterectomy area. There was just one moment where I felt some pressure, but I think that was because I was chugging way too much water.

I had a therapy session after my workout. It went well — it was my fourth session with him, and my first time having a male psychologist. He’s a bit older, but very calm and thoughtful with his words. I think it’s going to be good having sessions with him.

So yeah, that’s just a bit of what I wanted to share. I don’t really know what to say sometimes, but I also didn’t want to leave this page inactive for so long.

Olá pessoas do Tumblr, uma foto aleatória que tirei no tubo do ônibus aqui perto de casa..

Faz uma semana que voltei pra academia, ainda estou com o corpo sensível, mas não dor de ter feito algo ruim, mas porque peguei pesado no treino.. enfim eu não sei pressão nem dores na região da histerectomia, só uma vez deu pressão mas acho que era porque eu estava me entupindo de água..

Tive psicólogo depois do treino, foi tranquilo, minha quarta consulta com ele, primeira vez tendo um psicólogo homem, ele é legal, é um senhor de idade já, mas muito calmo e sensível nas palavras, acho que vai ser bom ter consultas com ele..

Enfim, era só um pouco disso que eu queria falar, não sei muito bem o que dizer aqui, mas também não queria deixar a página parada por tanto tempo.

Wrapping up the week completely sore, with muscle pain because I’m back at the gym…

I don’t train on weekends, but that doesn’t really change much, whether you do or don’t depends on your goals and the person.

I just hope I can get back to the weights I used to lift without it taking too long.

Post-hysterectomy, now I’m really getting back to the gym for real.

Anyway, that’s it.
