Scarlet Witch & Wiccan

Took forever to finish, extremely worth it though! My best piece to date I’d say. Also, the original file is large enough to print, as I’ve started this with the intention to have a nice poster for my room – anyone want one? ;)

Because obviously, what my brain wants at 12-2:30am is one of Skyrim's fire atronachs in the DA:I tarot card style.

Fanart of Miss Lavellan, my character in Dragon Age: Inquisition! 

I tried to emulate the amazing tarot card style, which lead me to experimenting around with various texture brushes, downloading some for lightning and snowflakes and finding out exactly how useful frost textures are.

So this one's for a small character design challenge with a friend/co-worker, with mythological creatures as the topic. I went for a nymph or dryad, however I'm not yet sure what she'll be bound to. Probably not a single tree, but more a whole glade instead.

Either way, I'm excited about the project and how she'll turn out :D

Landscape study time! Mostly wanted to practice getting the colors right, but I couldn't keep myself from going a bit into detail in a few parts either. Not fully happy with the result, but hey, it's something! 

Took me about 3-4 hours in total, a couple colors picked from the original, but with the focus of finding the right ones by myself at first.

Wip for permanoobs' weekly challenge: Witches Sabbath.

Self portrait for a thread on permanoobs! Also because they’re fun to do, and I’ve never actually done a complete digital one. The short hair is still weird though. :p

Took about 2 1/2 hours, picked three base tones for the skin from another picture and went with it. Only had a ref photo for the head, which is kinda noticeable… oh well.

So this is what I've been working on for the past week - a rework of an old wip! Character belongs to Nyx on dA; I SWEAR she had that hair color at some point. Yes.

Charles Xavier, ~2 1/2h. Had the idea for the colour scheme yesterday, I'm surprised with how quickly I got it done though! Hope you guys like it :)

…continuing my Skyrim environment practice series! Markath and Riften, ohhh I love em both <3 getting them to look great in webcolours was a bitch, though. Boo.

Trying to brush up on my environment painting skills while playing Skyrim… guess what, I got bored with the one in whiterun. Too many mistakes, too much detail to make it properly.

But hey, I now got a new charactter named Nedene Salvani, a dunmer, who only exists to search for nice drawing spots… yay.

Another finished wip… that one's been sitting around for a far too long time as well, yup. Michael Fassbender, heavily reffed, fuck me for making the file so small. Hope you guys like it c:

Ohhhh my gosh, this took way too long, but it was worth it.

Well actually, it took even longer than long. Because I started it over a year ago, when this sweetheart still was way less alluring, wearing a different dress etc etc. I saved a bunch of wip's and I gotta say, the progress is kind of incredible. Everything got more and more vibrant over time. c:

Started out quite some time ago, when I was waiting for the results of my theoretical driving test… which I passed, by the way! : D Obviously drawn for the game Journey, all the while listening to a mix of Nascence, Apotheosis, I was born for this and Road of Trials. God, I love everything about this game so, so much.
