I got really emotional today thinking about when Yugi's grandpa gave him the 200 000 yen (or whatever the amount was exactly). Like, Ushio is threatening him, demanding a ludicrous amount of money. Sugoroku is not rich. We never see customers in his shop. It obviously isn't the focus of the anime/manga so its an offscreen event. Still hes not rich. He doesnt have the wealth and success that Kaiba does. But he loves his grandson so much that he would give that money to a high school bully in the hopes that Yugi is spared any more bullying. Ushio would probably just ask for more money, as greedy as he was. But Sugoroku was so sweet to do that, trying to protect Yugi. He just loves his grandson so much 😭😭😭

i’m so desperate guys . if anyone was into yugioh during like 2021-ish and was on twitter do you remember the video of the dude singing the “number one victory royale” fortnite song but in joey’s voice. i need the video i can’t find it anywhere i feel lost and hopeless all i want is to see that video again
