Done by NPC-Dion over on DA Makes me want to bust out my n64
They don’t have ɪɴsᴜʀᴀɴᴄᴇ for the kind of disaster I am.
heroofsky started following you!
"Heh!" Skull Kid observed the adult who he found wandering around. His fairy companion was right by his side.Maybe he would toy with the man for a while.
Link walked quietly unaware that the other was watching him. He looked around as if either uneasy or looking for something. Perhaps a mixture of the two.
Under the cover of the shadows Skull Kid threw a rock that hit a tree on the opposite side of Link. He rustled some of the bushes near by before floating up high on a tree branch. He decided that he would see how long he could toy with this man before he got noticed.
descended-hero started following you!
"You look kind of familiar….Have me met before?" Skull Kid asked the boy in front of him.
"I.. don’t think so," Link said, giving a sheepish grin. Nothing seemed familiar about this… well, child, that was before him now. Link was unsure about whether they were harmful or not, though, the way in which they’d just addressed him made it seem like they weren’t dangerous.
"I’m Link," he said, calmly, dropping the title, for the moment at least. "What’s your name?" Whether this child had a name or not, he didn’t know, but it was polite to ask, none the less.
Link? Wasn't that the same name as that boy from the forest? This kid looked different though. Like he was older or something from the boy he recalled.
"My name?" Skull Kid was taken back. He had had a name once, but that was so long ago that he didn't remember it. How many centuries had past since someone last asked him that very question? "I don't have one! I'm just Skull kid." He replied.
verydisagreeable started following you!
"Are you all alone as well?" Skull Kid asked the mysterious stranger he stumbled upon. It was unusual for him to see someone wandering all alone. Normally the people in town were always surrounded by friends or family.
He laughed, looking at the imp as he inquired as to wether or not the very demon in front of him was alone, a statement he found peculiar. “Yes, I am alone. I do not need company when I do not have need of it, nor I am so weak as to need an escort.” He answered the other.
The imp laughed. Most of the travelers he had come across freaked out when he attempted to talk with them. Then there was this guy. His reaction was unusual for Skull Kid. "How rare! I haven't met anyone quite like you before! You're much more interesting than the people I've met before!"
More people started following Skull Kid
"You don’t look all that weird! Maybe a bit strange but not monstorish."
"Strange? How am I strange?"
"Well, I don’t know if strange is the right word! Your a bit different then most, but thats not necessarily a bad thing!"
Skull Kid couldn’t tell if the girl was making fun of him or not. If she was then he would have to punish her.
"Why is being different bad?"
Zelda paused to think, Slowly forming her words. “Well, I think it can be bad…… But only if your difference is causing yourself harm….. And I don’t think yours is…… So, by that logic, you being a bit different is perfectly okay!”
"Though, to be honest, I can’t be one to judge. I am also a bit different then most." She gestures to her cat ears.
"Tee hee hee ha ha ha!" Skull Kid laughed. He had already lost interest in what the girl had been saying before she had pointed at her cat ears. "I like them. I hope you stay that way forever!"
thebeastofshadows started following you!
" I know of your kind…but you seem to be a unique one." The beast watched as the being floated around, lightly tilting his head before his tail swayed to the side. "As to who I am…I go by many names…but my true name is Ganon, a name that holds allot of weight in the land of Hyrule"
"So you're from Hyrule, heh." The imp replied. "I've been to that place before. It was so dull and boring! The people there did not know how to have any fun!" The Imp complained.
Hyrule was just as bad as Termina was. One little prank here and there and the people would chase you out of town. Clock Town was now much better after all the changes he had made though.
sorcerorvaati started following you!
"A tale? Sounds like fun! I’ll listen." Skull Kid chuckled. He was more interested in the story this person was going to tell than correcting him about getting his name wrong.
"Delightful. Now, this is the tale of my proudest moment, and ‘tis also why my presence may induce screaming." Vaati took a deep breath before beginning his story.
"Long ago, I had been an apprentice to a sage. My mentor had created a cap that was to grant the wishes of its wearer. Now, I had been ridiculed for reasons concerning my lack of strength and odd coloration until that day, which prompted me to steal this hat. ‘Tis the one I am currently wearing. Now, my wish had been to be able to change whatever I desired to. Now, the cap itself was never at its full potential to begin with; it required an energy known as the Light Force to be at its full capacity. After becoming the form you see before you, I had gone into Hyrule, for I heard a rumor that the Force had been within the castle. I had been correct; the Princess Zelda had it housed within her. Though I had learned that after winning a tournament, releasing dangerous monsters, turning the princess to stone, and posing as the king, I eventually succeeded in draining quite a large portion of the Light Force. Even after my — admittedly undesirable — defeat, I retained much of what I had drained. In short, I had more power than I had dreamed of, and ‘twas truly amazing. That marks the conclusion of this non-fictional story."
Vaati ended his story with a joyous clap and a cheery smile, contrasting the tale’s sinister nature.
Skull Kid laughed. He had enjoyed the tale a lot. "You turned her to stone? Tee hee! Maybe I should try that out on someone someday!" Skull Kid replied.
"It sounds like your hat is a lot like my face. Ever since I put this one on I have been able to use powers beyond my imagination!" The imp replied.

sorcerorvaati started following you!
"Screams? Sounds like you live an interesting life." Skull Kid chuckled. He was right. This character before him was very different from the people of the town.
"I suggest using that in the past tense. I merely wander about for the majority of my days, in truth. Though it was, as you say, ‘interesting’ at a point…" Vaati sat down upon the grass, leaning back against a tree. "Ah, Skull Child, was it? Would you care to hear a tale?"
"A tale? Sounds like fun! I'll listen." Skull Kid chuckled. He was more interested in the story this person was going to tell than correcting him about getting his name wrong.
