Just ranting so don’t mind me

So the guy I’m talking to says he’s not ready for a relationship but still wants me in his life to be his person. He wants to hang out and go on dates, plan trips together, and have sex with me. At first I thought it was ok bc I’m here if he needs me and he’s there for me when I need him. Now I just find it stupid bc I’m being accused of “cheating” and not communicating.

1) I’m over this situation bc He made it clear we weren’t together. So why is he concerned that my life doesn’t revolve around him? I spend my time and energy working and selling my art, building my relationship with my family, and helping my friends better their personal and professional lives and vice versa.

2) I’m worth more than being a weekend girlfriend. Why is it so hard to see that I’m not a snack you have in the car when you’re running late, I’m a full course meal on a Sunday at the dinner table surrounded by love.
