A strong hand grips the shoulder of the other as J leans in. Close enough to have his breath tickle the other’s neck, and to make a memorable impression. Through a grinning smile, he spoke, “This is as real as it gets HATTER. So hold your hat and enjoy the ride.”
the hatters wild green eyes widened as the other spoke. he seemed shocked. this whole situation was rather strange. then again it wasn’t as though he wasn’t used to that, but now he sensed danger within it’s peculiarity. but of course hatter wasn't defenseless. if something happened he’d be able to try and prevent it. rose-coloured lips curl into a frown as stained hands move to grip upon the others shoulders in turn. he was just being cautious.
