Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub Review This product runs for about 10 dollars and contains .8 oz worth of product. I wear a lot of matte lipstick that can have a tendency to dry out my lips so I like to try out different ways to keep my lips moisturized. This product contains jojoba oil and castor sugar. This product is very moisturizing and the lightly exfoliating which is good for sensitive lips. Also this product is vegan and it’s completely safe to lick off. The product smells and tastes like bubblegum.  **Now obviously you can DIY your own lip scrub but I personally have trouble finding bubblegum extract and jojoba oil which make the product worth it for me. Or if you still have a problem buying it on your own than maybe considering getting it in a gift set such as The Sweetest Thing gift set. Really it’s up to you. You can also try it out in store to see if you like it. Overall I really like this product and I think this product is worth it.

NARS LIP GLOSS DUPE

This is another post about a cult favorite lip product! The NARS Lip Gloss in the color Orgasm has rave reviews from just about every beauty blogger online. However, for $26 I do not think any lip product would be worth it unless it brushed my teeth for me. If you are alive on this planet and interested in makeup, you already know how coveted and desirable this lip gloss is. So instead of telling you how great this product is, I will talk about a product that does the same job, but with a much different price tag.

Here we have the Milani Luminous Lip Gloss, for $4.99, much more affordable than the NARS Gloss. As you can see in the picture above, the colors are very similar and the formula has the same tacky glossiness that gloss-lovers can’t get enough of.

So save the $20 for a rainy day, or use it to purchase some of Milani’s other great lip glosses!

Toofaced Natural Matte eyeshadow palette

LORAC PRO CONTOUR PALETTE REVIEW

There are three dark shades in the palette, light, medium, and deep contour. Each of these is extremely rich in color, and suits both warm and cool undertones. The brush that comes with this kit is flat and dense, perfect for applying the contour shades right in the hollows of the cheeks and along the perimeter of the face. For contouring the nose, however, I did find that the brush was not delicate enough to apply the powders thinly.

The two highlight shades are beige and yellow, for brightening the under-eye area and enhancing any features that may have been hidden by the contour. For me, I found that mixing the two together worked well.

The last shade in the palette is the shimmer highlight, which I did not care for. It does not compare to BECCA or Anastasia Beverly Hills highlighters, two companies that dominate the highlighting makeup department.

KAT VON D LIQUID LIPSTICK: WORTH THE SPLURGE?

The Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in the shade Lolita by Kat Von D is sold at Sephora for $20. With such a steep price, I decided to give my honest opinion/review about this product.

The packaging itself is simple, and the applicator is the standard doe-foot tool. Normally, I would not spend $20 on a lipstick, but for this particular one I do have to make an exception. What sets this liquid lipstick apart from its competitors is the non-drying formula. It isn’t sticky or tacky on the lips, but it doesn’t feel chalky or uncomfortable either. This lipstick stayed on me for about 6 hours without any reapplication. With Vitamin E and sunflower seed in the formula, you do get what you pay for. This product is worth the price.
