TEMPORARY HIATUS from rp. ASK STILL OPEN

((I tried to organize myself so I could go back to the blog, I tried “coming back” several times, but it’s time to admit it: I can’t get back to the blog right now. This blog will be on hiatus till next February (one year). Why? Keep reading please.

Right now my academic life just doesn’t allow me to barely keep up with anything else. I’m on my last year of medicine, graduating in 2 months. I have to study for a big test that will be next February, which will allows me to chose an specialization depending on my results. I’m also working on my final paper.

Lastly, recently I got a an academic scholarship, meaning I have to go to work almost every day. It’s really cool, I help and learn about sports injuries, the people are awesome and I get a little money. I’m really happy =)

In conclusion, between my studies and work, I have little time for the blog. So for now is going on hiatus. I’m really sorry, for all my rps, I tried -.-  But I rather come back when I’m finally free, than come back sporadically. And I want to add that I DIDN’T DROP ANY OF THE RPS!. I love them! So, in February, you all are going to find a reply from a rp one year old >=] .

That said, I wouldn’t want this blog to go 100% inactive, so it will still be open to ask =). Any ask to Tenn will be answered.

Imagine Dib having an eating disorder.

One day Zim walks over to the human’s house and leaves an envelope for Dib which includes two pieces of chocolate and a note that says “Zim thinks you’re perfect” and Dib can’t help but cry when he reads it. 

BONUS: Zim continues leaving notes in Dib’s locker everyday. At one point Zim runs out of nice things to say so he leaves a note that says “Your butt is neato.”

Like…I don’t see how?? I made it??? Romanticized??? It’s just a friend helping a friend???

It isn’t unrealistic, it doesn’t make the disorder “better” or more “appealing” in any way what so fucking ever.

Also, I am an individual with an eating disorder. It isn’t pretty. It isn’t beautiful. It’s fucking awful. I’m also a cutter. I never romanticize any mental illnesses EVER. I never have depressing posts on my blog, I never share depressing song lyrics, I actually try to HELP people going through these issues. Also, I NEVER have ANYTHING about mental illness or depression on my blog in fear someone may be triggered. I’ve been wanting to share some depressing headcanons but I might end up triggering someone.

And actually, I knew I was going to get shit for this and I even asked before I posted it and got the okay from a few followers.

Was I supposed to describe this in complete detail?? I’m not going to do that because it could seriously trigger someone.

Also, this was just a personal headcanon of mine and again it isn’t romanticized in anyway. Did you even look up what romanticizing means before you made that post?

2) That wasn’t a “discussion”. You said “DIS you just… Romanticized an eating disorder ?” and in your tags you said something along the lines of “but just…really?” So no, you weren’t discussing it. All you were doing was trying to point out how I was “romanticizing an eating disorder” and you wanted to be a bitch about it. There was no discussion on your part. You were clearly trying to make yourself seem smart. Which, you failed (sorry) and you made yourself look dumb.

Badluckalice needs to realize that when you come at someone with shit, you will get shit in return. They don’t seem to fathom the severity of their accusation, which is really sad.

What Badluckalice needs to learn is a better way to express herself. She didn’t meant to offend, she just voiced her opinion and and then she replied a little too jokingly.

Second, I too thought you were romantizing eating disorders. My first thought when I read this a couple of minutes ago was “what an insensitive asshole”, but then I read your reply and I saw it wasn’t your intention. But it can be read that way: saying each other "perfect" is an actual thing couples say to each other, so it looked like Dib had an eating disorder and Zim didn't know but he was being romantic. Even if you didn't mean it that way, you have to know that people are entitle to different interpretations. Also, I'm sorry you have an eating disorder, and I really hope you get better. I know it's an horrible thing to endure, but you can't expect people automatically knowing it. Or would you know if I had an illness or disability just from reading it? Nobody was insulting you, nor were making fun or disrespecting eating disorders. You took it as a personal offence automatically.

Third, you really should calm down and breath before typing. Getting angry and calling names doesn't make you right. In fact, it make you look inmature, and lose all credivility. It make you look like a kid. If instead of all that, you just said "It wasn't my intention to romantize eating disorders. I have one and I just thought a good writen AU about it would give visivility to it and help people" this wouldn't have gotten so far. Badluckalice would have apologized for the mistake, and that's that. Instead, you chose to make a drama out of it and calling names.

And lastly, you shouldn't call out when someone makes a typo. You just got angry because you have an eating disorder and felt attacked, but you don't know at all if the person making a typo has a writting or learning disorder. Those disorder are pretty harsh to endure for people with them, and making those call outs can really make them feel bad. And just how nobody here knews you had an eating disorder, you don't know either if I have a writting or reading disorder too.  Or it could be that said person doesn't have english as a native lenguage, just like me.
