“Uh- You’re not supposed to be in here…”
“But I am and I’m not leaving so...”
omegamelie:
“I don’t really have that many options.” She mumbled before sighing at Aria’s reaction. “I’m not defending her, I just think that we should stop judging her so much, in many ways she does have a problem.” She pretended to fix her shoulder strap just to avoid having to make eye contact. There was no denying how much she disliked Aria complaining about Maia. “And you surely will if you keep a positive attitude. Don’t give up just yet; I know they will forgive you and we will all get past this.”
“Didn’t know you were also judging her.” She, shaking her head. “I don’t know, there’s just so much against me. I can’t get over grudges or their necessity to pretend..” She trailed off remembering Amelie didn’t know about their actual blood status. “Nevermind all of this, we both know I will have to kiss their feet before they forgive me.”
delacourpaul:
“Why?” He asked, accepting the cup of coffee. “Is this your way of asking me for something? Because if that’s the case the answer will most likely be no. If you wanted a yes, then you should have asked me when I was still drunk.”
Aria sighed, taking a seat next to him in the bed. “I need a place to stay, Paul. I know that you and your stupid roommate have an extra room. I can help keep the place clean and I will pay for my share. I just need a yes from you...and in now way is this is a tactic for me to get back with you.”
marinaxcapella:
“I don’t know who you think you are but you don’t intimidate me. Go ahead and slap me. Do it and you’ll see what’s to come.”
“Threats don’t do much to me.” Aria got close to her, looking almost menacing. “But I’m curious to see what you’re capable of, freak.” She said, before slapping her.
adam-sayer:
“Well.. This is the most normal thing I’ve seen since I’ve been here.” Adam sighed.
“Really? I don’t know if I can say the same.”
andreideprived:
“Oh I totally knew it all along.” He said laughing with her. "Well isn’t everyone depressed in a way? I’m not the only one. I don’t need to go telling everyone my life story.” He said rather bluntly before shrugging.
“Shocker.” She said, half smiling. “I don’t know I don’t usually pay attention to people’s feelings but sometimes I make exceptions, yet it seems I should stop doing that as well. You can come to me if you ever feel like ranting though.”
james-goode:
“I understand that. And no problem. Glad you’re doing well. if you ever need help with something, let me know.”
“Well thank you very much, boy with the common name.”
omegamelie:
Amelie nodded, looking down at her feet once again, wondering if she should tell her plan, even if doing so meant telling her the truth. “Yeah, it is disgusting…” She said absent-mindedly before looking up again with a smile. “I think she’s worked hard to clean herself up. I mean, when was the last time anyone found her doing drugs or drunk?” She asked, quietly. “She had to have some qualities, Aria, and she’s always been good with money. I thought you guys were okay now.”
Aria laughed at Amelie’s reaction. “Well you’re finally agreeing.” She said, shaking her head. “Please don’t defend her so much. I found her drunk just before school started. IT wasn’t as bad as it used to be, but...ugh, whatever.” She said, crossing her arms. “Yeah, I guess we are because we barely see each other. I just always thought I would be the one to run the business.”
andreideprived:
Yes, I’m actually a wicked witch looking for her next victim.” She laughed. “Well then, now that that’s out of the way, you can tell me what’s got you so depressed.”
delacourpaul:
Paul shook his head, choosing not to reply to that. “I can get myself there, don’t worry. Coffee would be nice though. Just try not to poison me.” He said, leaning on the wall as he walked passed her towards his room. “And I don’t look as white as the wall…”
“Great, thanks for the idea. I’ll do just that.” Aria rolled her eyes and went over to the kitchen to only find a mess. How was she going to put up with that? She grabbed a cup of coffee and went to his room. “Yes, you do.” she said, kicking the door open. “I decided to let you live another day, so no poison.”
james-goode:
“Like down south?” James said in a Southern-American accent, joking. “To move from one place to another against your own will, to be in a new place and have to adapt to new surrounding in a completely different country… it’s very hard. I applaud you.”
“Erm... yes?” Aria said, chuckling at his accent. “It was, still is in some aspects, but I’m a fighter so... thanks for that.”
marinaxcapella:
“Aw, well in that case watch me stay here.”
“No, no you’re not.” Aria said, getting up defensively. “One minute down, misfit, don’t make me want to slap you more that what I already do.”
Auditions
dariusthepaine:
Darius came into the auditorium early to get his stuff ready before holding auditions for the musical, but by the time the first student came in he was already bored and wanted to leave. “Name; which character; why; do your thing; send the next one in.” He gave directions as he sat down and placed his feet up on the table, getting ready to take notes. “So are you going to do anything or are you just going to stand there looking not so pretty?”
//who are you auditioning for?
Ariadne could care less about the musical. Her life was already a miserable drama for all she knew, so why would she get on the stage to sing and dance about it? Yet, Amelie had mentioned that she was going to audition and that if they got in it could give them more chances to spend time together. When the day came around she wasn’t ready and so decided to be spontaneous. “Ariadne. I don’t really know what I’m doing here. I’ve heard you can be a pain in the ass, but I want to spend more time with my almost estranged twin so you’re going to give me a role or I will complain about your teaching methods and possible alcoholism to the ministry, got it? Great. And I’m pretty,” She said, walking out.
omegamelie:
Amelie, looked down awkwardly, biting her lip as she tried to make something up in her head. She hated lying to her sister but what else could she do? “They just mentioned it over dinner once. They said that if you keep it up they will head over to the ministry to officially fill out documents and be done with it, but I think that they’re quietly giving you more time… to you know, clean up the act.” She lied, knowing quite well they had already begun filling out the papers. “They only care about one thing, Aria, they won’t let go of you so easily if you can bring in money.” She said, biting her lip. “Maia is already slowly taking over their business. It’s actually kind of surprising how good she is at handling negotiations.”
“They’re the only ones in need to clean up their act.” Aria said, furrowing her eyebrows. “So what? They want me to follow their disgusting plan, marry a rich boy I could care less about and make them happy? No, I’m not doing that. No way.” She said, rolling her eyes in disbelief. “Of course, easy to forgive the root of all their problems. She’s greedy, Elie, of course she’s going to be good at it.”
james-goode:
“Are we? Admittedly I know nothing about France.” James chuckled. “Whatever you say, but if you ever want to talk about it, my ears are here. Was it a hard transition?”
Aria laughed and nodded. “Yes, they’re both in southern France.” She said, smiling. “Ok, well my parents are very conservative and obsessed with appearances so they thought that moving would be the best thing to do after my older sister began to rebel against them. It was very difficult for me, yeah.”
omegamelie:
“Because you have a tendency of forgetting random unimportant things.” She said, taking in a deep breath to fight tears as she let go of her. “Mom and dad? Well…” She bit her bottom lip and looked away, something she usually did when she didn’t want to tell the entire truth about something. “Well, you know how they are, always looking for reasons to kick anyone out of the family. They uh- they have mentioned your name a couple of times but never in regards to disowning you.” She said as quickly as possible before continuing on to a change of subject. “I know you are, but living with those two isn’t necessarily ideal. Maybe I can move in too? I’m sure my roommate won’t mind.”
“That’s not true, well not entirely.” Aria said, raising an eyebrow as she looked at her. “You just did that thing you usually do when you’re lying, Amelie. Tell me the truth. I’ve got nothing to lose now, do I?” She said, placing her hands on her hips. “No, you doing that would mean you also getting disowned and Maia winning everything in the end.”
andreideprived:
“Andrei.” He said giving the girl a small smile. “You’re probably pretty decent out of all the people I’ve met here.”
“Is that so? That’s a first.” She said, smiling. “Then I guess it’s a pleasure to meet you, Andrei.”
