Hey. Yeah you, camera, I'm talking to you. Remember me? Benji? From that one survivor game and that one whodunnit game? No? Oh.
Anyways, so I'm really happy with the team I drafted. I think I took some low-key players in Lindsey and Katelyn, albeit low-key players everyone really likes, as well as taking Phil, my old opponent from TSPanama, in the first round. The thing with Phil is he's a very, very good gameplayer, whether we're talking Survivor OR Big Brother. The only problem with that, is being the huge strategic threat he is, I knew if I would've taken someone like JaeMin or Molly with my subsequent picks my team would have been targeted for eviction immediately. Now that Phil is surrounded by quieter gameplayers he can do a lot more without the spotlight on him. Katelyn I'm really excited to have on my team because everyone left Maluku absolutely adoring her. She's the sweetheart of that cast and I don't think she's going anywhere for a LONG time. I also think she's one of the better social players in the cast, as well as a severely underrated physical player which is an exciting prospect. With Lindsey, my thinking was I didn't want a pick that would make waves, and I think I executed that well. Lindsey's not on anyone's radar right now, however she was adored by the jury in Maluku and according to them, would have won without question had she made it to the end, so there's no doubting this girl can play. She's the member of my team I know the least about, which sucks for me and for her because it probably means that if we come in last in this 1st HoH, she'll be the one going. It's not fair to her, but not knowing her as well as Phil or Katelyn makes the decision much easier in my head. I'm hoping to god it doesn't have to come to that, and I don't think it will, because we have some good physical players on Team benj-oh canada. Aside from my team, in terms of who I want to my team to work with off of first impressions is hard to tell, mostly because it lies heavily on who wins HoH. Usually they get all of the attention and the pick of the litter for alliances. If I had to pick one person I wouldn't be to immediate to work with however it's Wes' team, mostly because at the inevitable point where the coaches enter the game, unless he gets backdoored, he can ride the comp wins train to the top like he does so well, plus the fact he has some powerful players on his team like Trace and Jae (I don't know enough about Jessie to judge her threat level, but there has to be some reason she went 1st overall). I'm sure I'll have more to say once the coach's comp (which wes will win ahah) and HoH are over with.

like, let's start with my team ok:
I was picked by Matt, who at the time I was picked, I did not have the best interaction with (not my fault), to be on a team with MARIA, who I fought with (a lot), and MJ, who I butted heads with before I voted him out (oops #natalietenerelli)
and the first thing Matt said on our team chat when I got there was like

I know everyone has their alliances based off of maluku like Trivia Study Sesh + Foxx (who said in the reunion that he is very easy to talk to but I beg to differ tbh) or Katelyn/Jae probably and maybe Maria and apparently Lindsey's doing whatever and Trace claims to not be with the Fans but MJ says he's working with Phil and Trace and I don't think having Phil, Foxx, and Mary or ANY combination thereof is a good thing AT ALL (at least not for me). Matt Summers think's he's the holiest god in all of the galaxies in the solar system. And Matt Summers thinks, that when a fucking peasant like me sends him a "hello" or "hey", I don't deserve to receive a fucking response from him, because he's too high and mighty to take the effort to send even a one-letter reply. How this will work is 10:30 pm est Sunday night you will all post your high score to the tag (name in the url box the usual you all know what to do)
The person with the lowest score will pick 1 of 6 presents. Some of these presents have punishments, some have rewards, one of them has power of veto. The person with the second highest score will open the next present and have the ability to trade with the person who opened a present previous and so on until the person with the highest score picks the last present and can swap with anyone of his or her choosing.
