On today’s episode of “digitizing that thing from my neglected art pile” TOA TAHU! Now live and in color!
for the love of everything fraggable
Lizardperson with septum piercing
Unfortunately the bola breaks when fired, but it looks cool!
Toa Ahkmou
Toa Ahkmou. I wanted to reference all his previous forms, so he has a McToran disk, waist swivel, and a kanoka launcher.
Kanohi Great Rau, Mask of Translation. No language barrier can stop Ahkmou from attempting to smooth-talk his way out of potential conflicts. Surprisingly, he shares an amenable relationship with several Vorox packs. Able to decipher their crude language with his mask, he's known to trade food and water with them in exchange for safe passage through the Great Barren.
He seems to be carrying a spare mask secured to his hip.
Disk Launcher Ahkmou expected the launcher to feel clumsy in his hands. Instead, it was familiar, and he quickly became a crack shot. He still has no memories from his life in Metru Nui, but playing akilini for millennia left him with an unshakable muscle memory for the weapon.
Comet Flail Acts of bioterrorism aside, Ahkmou's kolhii balls were crafted with expert precision. Perfectly balanced in shape and weight, a well-placed kick could easily send them soaring across the field. Overzealous players had to be careful not to overdo it; they could very well injure or even shatter the masks of their opponents if they struck the ball with full force.
Imagine the type of damage a Comet could do when charged with the power of elemental stone.
Avita's Twilight Break was the main source of inspiration behind this guy. Check it out, it's pretty kino.👌
BigPhan's Great Rau printed/painted by Buryu. Noble Raus are resin casts from 0m3g4. Sir Fangar cape from Capes4Minifigs.
Those brown CCBS feet are from a bootleg set, and this build is heavily reliant on Technic recolors from GoBricks. Here's a studi.io file for anyone interested. In it, you'll also find a Shadow Ahkmou alt.
"We... we must undo it." The cloaked figure strode across the laboratory with their breath caught in their throat, the enormity of their situation lighting up their mind like an exploding sun. "The time has come for us to pay for our failures."
The lab was a shuffling of small glowing objects, the rotation of spheres covered in inscrutable glyphs in trembling hands, and a single humanoid shape dimly pulsing against the wall. The light was low, and the small group of small people in a big universe they deluded themselves into thinking they understood sat on stools and stood at tables upon which the future of their world was being written and unwritten. Plans within plans, the grand arc of a design to save them from their inequities both past and present was flashing in and out of the realm of the possible.
"We must do it for them. We have to make things right..."
Welcome, beautiful bright things on the canvas of reality, to the Doronai Nui 0.14.0. We, the makers of the game, are happy to announce that we have added the makers of the Matoran Universe to the game. Unlike many of our previous numbered editions, this does not constitute a "rip up the floorboards" affair. In fact, we're resolved that those kinds of updates are likely a thing of the past for us. Instead, it marks a very special occasion, in that the societies of Spherus Magna, the Agori, Vendri (Glatorian), Skrall, Vorox, Zesk, Stipari (Bone Hunters), Element Lords, and the Great Beings themselves are now available to play, alongside a robust bestiary for Spherus Magnan wildlife and a new NPC Corpus to pit them against.
We can't wait for you to try them out on the broken world where this all began.

Karcharia (car-car-ee-uh, from the Greek karcharias, for shark) was a member of Pridak's species and served as one of his lieutenants during the heyday of the League of Six Kingdoms.
She was feared not just for her strength and skill on the battlefield, but for her axe, a tool of her own invention. Living beings cut by the axe are kept completely healthy and 'connected' after being physically cut, allowing her to chop a still-living victim into smaller and smaller pieces while they are helpless to resist. This can only be reversed by the axe wielder's will or their death. She kept a trophy room full of her victims' body parts to satisfy her sadism.
Her last and greatest mistake was attempting to gain a trophy off of Makuta Gorast. Gorast had seen the axe in action and allowed Karcharia to take her head, playing possum as she was mounted on the wall. Once inside, Gorast used her magnetic powers to steal the axe and restore herself, before promptly hacking Karcharia to pieces.
For tens of thousands of years, Karcharia hung on the wall of one of Gorast's many armories in the Tren Krom Peninsula, axe just out of reach. Her arms and legs were occasionally teleported to extreme environments so she could feel heat, cold and pressure all at once, unending. Until one day Gorast decided the best torture was to simply let her waste away in darkness.
Karcharia went mad and then sane and then mad and sane again, losing track of time until Gorast's death in Karda Nui. Now she is out and free on Spherus Magna and she's thinking it's way past time for a rampage.

I just wanna share some revamps of my boys onua and kopaka.
Can't stop thinking about how Lhikan, beloved legendary defender of the city of Metru Nui, canonically lived in a studio apartment.
Its rough out here, Metru Nui economy in shambles
As far as I can tell, I don't think even the Matoran get paid for their main jobs. Sometimes they earn money from side hustles, but there's actually no evidence that wages even exist on Metru Nui. Probably related to the fact that not showing up to work is a minor crime.
Also, Lhikan's studio is still living it up compared to the Toa Mata. As far as we can tell, they didn't even have houses in the Koro, and the evidence is that they just camped in the wilderness outside their villages
Not only is this hilarious and I'm integrating it into my headcanon, I'm gonna take it further: after the Toa find out, they still decide to live in the woods and just give their houses to the Turaga.
And weirdly enough, there's actually slight evidence of this. In MNOG, we see the Turaga's houses, and they're pretty regular if slightly larger than average Matoran houses.
But then in MNOG II, after the Koro are rebuilt, the Turaga all suddenly have these MASSIVE houses with weirdly high ceilings.
Those are Toa houses, and they just let the Turaga just move in
headcanon accepted omg
Also love how this goes for all the Turaga except Nuju, who just spends his time in the Sanctum instead. Probably Kopaka arrived, set one foot in Ko-Koro, and everyone there knew that Nope this one is not gonna wanna live here amid people, don't even bother building a house for him
you are the greenest person ever
