Blue masks are official Lego The four rightmost masks are from NynrahForge. Remaining masks are from @socketballmasks.
Toa Hagah Disks
Toa Hagah Disks
Black disks are resin casts from Constraction Deva.
Norik and Iruini's emblems were originally designed by KingSidorak, while I did the rest of the team. (Uploaded here if you'd like to make your own disks)
Foil decals are from TwistedBaublez.
NGL, these ended up being pretty rough. Had to use a bit of Photoshop to make them presentable. The foil decals are fragile, and I had a hard time getting them to stick onto the concave surface of the disk. This will probably be a project I reattempt in the future. 🫠
Hey, out of curiosity - did you also get the clear and trans-black disks from the same source? I didn't see them in his color list. Excellent disks though! Love the way they came out.
Thank you! Yeah, Deva doesn't advertise those colors. I just told him my plans, and after a bit of talking, I was able to buy clear discs off of him. Used one for Nuju, and I stained the other with iDye Poly Steel Grey to get trans black. Clear was easy for him—it's just uncolored resin—and I like to imagine trans-black wouldn't be too hard for him to figure out. I recommend DMing him to see what he says. 😉

Very much inspired by Bukkey's Toa Disks. :)
In this video, the creator shares their journey of discovering the Toa Purua and experimenting with animation. Watch as they rig the Toa Pur

A completely undeserved animation from Ajitation over on Instagram! They just randomly decided to make a tribute to my Toa team. Please, go show them some love!
Golden Armor
Uses a handful of recolors from GoBricks. Golden Hau can be picked up from Ziontyro (US) or Kennie (China).
Toa Gavla
Gavla, Toa of Shadow. Stud.io File
Mainly inspired by @avita-anarchy's Twilight Break and artwork by @dogesterone.
Red Tridax pod from Nynrah Forge.
Mask modeled by Rothanak and printed/painted by Buryu. Based on Dogesterone's artwork. Props to Kardas for being the one who originally commissioned that mask! Kanohi Kanohi Avsa, Mask of Hunger. Capable of draining another being of their vitality and positive emotion. With no Makuta left to create Shadow-Leaches, it remains the only way of draining the inner light from a being.
Talon Sickle Forged to resemble the claws she had as a Kra-Matoran. A reminder of happier times.
Hollowed Longsword A hefty blade that's surprisingly light thanks to its carved-out center; perfect for those who prefer to keep their load light during long flights.
Wings are from a bootleg Smaug bigfig and were stained with iDye Poly Black. This MOC also utilizes GoBricks recolors, gold HF bits from a knockoff set, and black double-sockets that can be found on AliExpress.
Voriki, Toa of Energy
The seventh Toa has arrived. Mask and staff printed+painted by Buryu. Torso and feet were originally white, but were stained using iDye Poly Violet. I didn't do the best job, so they're a bit off-color. 😬
Takua Nuva
Red chest plate from @0m3g4skanohiforge. Medium blue Avohkii from KennieDIY . Nuva limbs were originally orange but were stained with iDye Poly Red.

The Toa Purua
On the now reformed Spherus Magna, Matoran have ample opportunity to build new homes and live as they see fit alongside their Agori neighbors.
That's the ideal, anyhow. The new world still has its dangers, and there aren't enough Toa to adequately protect Matoran as their settlements start to expand outward. Over the course of the GSR's journey, the population of active Toa plummeted. Their numbers once peaked in the thousands; currently, it's estimated that little more than 40 Toa are left alive.
Responding to this, Artahka returns to the forge, ready to crank out another Toa Team.

Cebonmi, Astute Toa of Psionics (Leader) Kanohi: Pakari, Great Mask of Strength Tool(s): Channeling Staff
Sulanjo, Daring Toa of Plasma (Deputy) Kanohi: Miru, Great Mask of Levitation Tool(s): Ion Torch + Fusion Skates

Bardonda, Stalwart Toa of Gravity Kanohi: Hau, Great Mask of Shielding Tool(s): Orbiting Blades
Bopengu, Compassionate Toa of Jungle Kanohi: Kakama, Great Mask of Speed Tool(s): Bramble Cutters
I took Purua from the Māori word pūrua: "to do a second time, repeat, double up, duplicate..." I thought it was fitting, seeing as this is Artakha's second attempt at building a Toa team. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Purple Hau from Socketball.
These builds are reliant on non-Lego molds and recolors sourced from AliExpress, GoBricks, Ziontyro's Custom Wares, and multiple bootleg sets.
Midak, Toa of Light
Yeah, this dude was totally a displaced Av-Matoran.
Stud.io File
Kanohi Great Pakari, Mask of Strength. The same Pakari he wore as a Matoran. In combination with his physique, he resembles a blend of Toa Onua's Mata and Nuva forms (if you ignore the gold and white armor).
Brilliant Greataxe As a Matoran, Midak carried a small hatchet. A useful tool for collecting bamboo and other fencing material for the Ussal pens. It's also good for scraping dried gunk off of shell—some crabs have a tendency to roll around in Great Spirit knows what... The hatchet transformed with him, becoming a massive axe that borders on unwieldy for most; with muscles honed from years of hard labor, he lifts it with ease. When he's boosted by the Pakari, it might as well be featherlight.
Midak's Skyblaster Gifted to him by the Turaga Nuva upon becoming a Toa. The launcher was named after him, so it's only fair that he gets one of his own to play with.
It's silly, but I like to imagine my Midak as a sort of inverse-Takua.
Takua's bright tricolors vs Midak's black & grey.
Takua was alienated in Ta-Koro, and couldn't focus on work for long before giving in to wanderlust—behavior that got him temporarily banished. Midak, on the other hand, loved his job tending to the Ussals. Although he lived just outside the tunnels, he rarely strayed far from Onu-Koro and saw the village as home (sure, some of his neighbors thought he was strange for enjoying bright sunlight as much as he did, but they didn't know what they were missing out on).
Takanuva changes his name, ditches his old mask and colors, and fully embraces a new identity for himself. Despite things being obvious in hindsight, Midak was shocked when he didn't become a Toa of Earth. He's protective of his Pakari and deliberately keeps some of his armor black as a means of staying grounded to his old life.
Those golden parts are from bootleg sets. Be warned, they're a shade of gold that's too bright and shimmery to match anything from Lego's color palette. GoBricks also sells this shade as 'bright gold' if you're interested in buying loose parts in this color. I also used a bootleg towball socket for the neck. :P
Ziontyro Mask Haul :)
From Ziontyro's Custom Wares. Follow his Instagram to see whenever he has another mask drop planned!
Out of all these amazing masks, my favorite would have to be the Evo helmet. It pairs beautifully with a GitD visor I scavenged from a knock-off set.
Av-Matoran: Kirop, Radiak, & Gavla.
Masks designed by Rothanak, printed & painted by Buryu. Articulated hand from MegawillbotDesigns.
I felt like Gavla's weapons were too monstrous looking for an Av-Matoran, so I went with Kopaka's skis instead. I think they work well enough; both weapons are hooked at the end, and the jagged suspension of the ski sorta matches the inner ridges of the Carapar claw. But this made me feel weirdly obligated to change the weapons on the other two. 🫠
You can't see it, but Radiak has two Technic pins attached to his jetpack, bringing his part count to 16 pieces.
Toa Ahkmou
Toa Ahkmou. I wanted to reference all his previous forms, so he has a McToran disk, waist swivel, and a kanoka launcher.
Kanohi Great Rau, Mask of Translation. No language barrier can stop Ahkmou from attempting to smooth-talk his way out of potential conflicts. Surprisingly, he shares an amenable relationship with several Vorox packs. Able to decipher their crude language with his mask, he's known to trade food and water with them in exchange for safe passage through the Great Barren.
He seems to be carrying a spare mask secured to his hip.
Disk Launcher Ahkmou expected the launcher to feel clumsy in his hands. Instead, it was familiar, and he quickly became a crack shot. He still has no memories from his life in Metru Nui, but playing akilini for millennia left him with an unshakable muscle memory for the weapon.
Comet Flail Acts of bioterrorism aside, Ahkmou's kolhii balls were crafted with expert precision. Perfectly balanced in shape and weight, a well-placed kick could easily send them soaring across the field. Overzealous players had to be careful not to overdo it; they could very well injure or even shatter the masks of their opponents if they struck the ball with full force.
Imagine the type of damage a Comet could do when charged with the power of elemental stone.
Avita's Twilight Break was the main source of inspiration behind this guy. Check it out, it's pretty kino.👌
BigPhan's Great Rau printed/painted by Buryu. Noble Raus are resin casts from 0m3g4. Sir Fangar cape from Capes4Minifigs.
Those brown CCBS feet are from a bootleg set, and this build is heavily reliant on Technic recolors from GoBricks. Here's a studi.io file for anyone interested. In it, you'll also find a Shadow Ahkmou alt.
I forgot to mention that black Metru skull was stained with iDye Poly. Oops.
