Mist surounded and enfolded the dark woods the blood red leaves falling from trees with bark that looked like tar. There was a bright and foreboding moon, he felt a chill like he would not escape this. His hand went to his side finding his revolver, he was not with armament in this whatever this was. Chronos walked feeling small stones shift under boot. His long coat shifting as he made his way. “Where the bloody hell am I?” He took another step and felt himself loose footing falling further down through a rabbit hole…
As he landed he checked himself over getting up and realizing he was now at a softer looking meadow dark blades of grass lush with life, flowed lazily in the breeze, flowers dotted the picturesque vision. Nodes of earth floated around and he was standing on a large one that had rope bridges tying it to the others like it. He saw a gazebo with a fountain in the center to the distance and went to it. Perhaps this was Violet’s world? “VIOLET?” He called as he ran eager to find her to find some sense of this world.
“You won’t find her here,” Aerion said seemingly appearing from behind a tree that could conceal no one. “She does not belong to the Realm of Souls. Not yet,” Aerion added. “No there is someone who I thought you should meet given how much you care for Violet.” He gestured to the Gazebo. “In there you find your possible Mother-in-Law. Be nice, and remember you’re an Emperor.”
Chronos stared at Aerion for a moment, “Am I dead?”
“Goodness no, just in a coma that you’ll awake from when your conversation is over.” Aerion shook his head. “Now I don’t suggest keeping her waiting, terribly rude and after I have asked her to come all this way from where she now resides.” With that Aerion disappeared.
Chronos adjusted himself and took a deep breath and walked into the Gazebo, “Queen Nabe.” He made a deep bow. “My name is Chronos, and I love your daughter Violet.”
Nabe turned to face him, looking the boy up and down with a judging stare she nodded and motioned for the seat beside her
“I’m sure you do, my husband doesn’t seem to think you worthy though.” Nabe mused she had heard many things in her time in the afterlife, she also knew the little hellion her daughter had grown to be and she was never sure whether to be worried or proud of her.
Chronos took a seat and smiled, “I have heard of you many times now I have a face to put to the name. Violet pulled me through a Mirror while possibly trying to summon you some years ago. It is how we first met.” When he spoke Violet’s name his dark eyes twinkled and his smile could not leave his face. “She is so strong, much stronger than I, I wish you could see how she destroys Kingdoms with a glance. Seeing you, I see where she gets such strength.”
Nabe chuckled and shook her head
“you and I both know that is her father, flattery will get you no where my dear” nabe told him she could see how much he loved her daughter and it made her happy to know someone else was watching out for her.
“how about Aisha? Is she doing alright?”
“I personally don’t know her all that well, I know that she and Violet have a good relationship. She also married and had a daughter.”
There was no doubt in nabe’s mind it was to the pirate that Aisha had been in love with,but if that truly made ber happy….
“I’m a grand mother now? That does make someone feel old doesn’t it?”
“A double Grandmother, Kalleria? She had a son, Apparently I am to meet him soon as a dignitary representing your country. Sorry having to learn the family tree on the fly.” He laughed sheepishly.
Nabe nodded as she once more thought of the assassin her other daughter had fallen for
“hmm I hope Jin is doing alright, I’m sure they all still hate me for what I did.” She mused to herself death gave you plenty of time to think k about things, she didn’t regret much and she couldn’t say she would change almost anything knowing if she could the results would greatly differ and she would have lost even more in the end most likely
“can you please tell violet that I love her when you go back?” Nabe asked him coming out of her thoughts, she would have plenty of time for that later
“and I know you don’t like my husband but could you tell him I miss him?”
“I will, though I don’t know if your husband would believe me when I tell him I saw you. I hope you know that they both love you and miss you terribly.”

“I imagine not, but he’ll at least know somewhere that I love him” nabe told him shrugging a little bit it was better than nothing she supposed
Chronos nodded, “it is better to be known that you are loved than to go through life or death believing otherwise.”
“you have an old soul don’t you?” Nabe asked him curious “you seem to be very wise for someone so young,” she leaned back in her seat already growing weary she knew that she would be forced to go soon and so would he

“can you see yourself forever with my daughter?” Nabe asked him it was a very important question to her to ensure he truly did love his daughter

Nabe turned to face him, looking the boy up and down with a judging stare she nodded and motioned for the seat beside her
“I’m sure you do, my husband doesn’t seem to think you worthy though.” Nabe mused she had heard many things in her time in the afterlife, she also knew the little hellion her daughter had grown to be and she was never sure whether to be worried or proud of her.
Chronos took a seat and smiled, “I have heard of you many times now I have a face to put to the name. Violet pulled me through a Mirror while possibly trying to summon you some years ago. It is how we first met.” When he spoke Violet’s name his dark eyes twinkled and his smile could not leave his face. “She is so strong, much stronger than I, I wish you could see how she destroys Kingdoms with a glance. Seeing you, I see where she gets such strength.”
Nabe chuckled and shook her head
“you and I both know that is her father, flattery will get you no where my dear” nabe told him she could see how much he loved her daughter and it made her happy to know someone else was watching out for her.
“how about Aisha? Is she doing alright?”
“I personally don’t know her all that well, I know that she and Violet have a good relationship. She also married and had a daughter.”
There was no doubt in nabe’s mind it was to the pirate that Aisha had been in love with,but if that truly made ber happy….
“I’m a grand mother now? That does make someone feel old doesn’t it?”
“A double Grandmother, Kalleria? She had a son, Apparently I am to meet him soon as a dignitary representing your country. Sorry having to learn the family tree on the fly.” He laughed sheepishly.
Nabe nodded as she once more thought of the assassin her other daughter had fallen for
"hmm I hope Jin is doing alright, I'm sure they all still hate me for what I did." She mused to herself death gave you plenty of time to think k about things, she didn't regret much and she couldn't say she would change almost anything knowing if she could the results would greatly differ and she would have lost even more in the end most likely
"can you please tell violet that I love her when you go back?" Nabe asked him coming out of her thoughts, she would have plenty of time for that later
"and I know you don't like my husband but could you tell him I miss him?"

Mist surounded and enfolded the dark woods the blood red leaves falling from trees with bark that looked like tar. There was a bright and foreboding moon, he felt a chill like he would not escape this. His hand went to his side finding his revolver, he was not with armament in this whatever this was. Chronos walked feeling small stones shift under boot. His long coat shifting as he made his way. “Where the bloody hell am I?” He took another step and felt himself loose footing falling further down through a rabbit hole…
As he landed he checked himself over getting up and realizing he was now at a softer looking meadow dark blades of grass lush with life, flowed lazily in the breeze, flowers dotted the picturesque vision. Nodes of earth floated around and he was standing on a large one that had rope bridges tying it to the others like it. He saw a gazebo with a fountain in the center to the distance and went to it. Perhaps this was Violet’s world? “VIOLET?” He called as he ran eager to find her to find some sense of this world.
“You won’t find her here,” Aerion said seemingly appearing from behind a tree that could conceal no one. “She does not belong to the Realm of Souls. Not yet,” Aerion added. “No there is someone who I thought you should meet given how much you care for Violet.” He gestured to the Gazebo. “In there you find your possible Mother-in-Law. Be nice, and remember you’re an Emperor.”
Chronos stared at Aerion for a moment, “Am I dead?”
“Goodness no, just in a coma that you’ll awake from when your conversation is over.” Aerion shook his head. “Now I don’t suggest keeping her waiting, terribly rude and after I have asked her to come all this way from where she now resides.” With that Aerion disappeared.
Chronos adjusted himself and took a deep breath and walked into the Gazebo, “Queen Nabe.” He made a deep bow. “My name is Chronos, and I love your daughter Violet.”

The Looming Battle || Open
Asmodeus stood holding little Violet giving her kisses on her head and singing to her as he looked out over the ocean. That was when he saw them, sails billowing out across the horizon. “Nabe my love.” He called to his wife.
On the deck Blake stood spyglass in hand and looking out to the island ahead. Sailing aside them was the Jolly Roger. “Land ahead! Make ready to your stations!”
Carmin looked at Blake before turning to Roy the two had an unspoken agreement that they would be protecting Blake no matter what.
Nabe had been getting ready for the evening when she joined Asmodeus in ghe window only to see the sails herself.
“I knew the isle would find us eventually,” she admitted sighing a bit
Violet squealed and reached up for hwr mother, nabe smiled and kissed her forehead before she looked at Asmodeus
“I’ll raise the troops, you take her and Aisha and hide.”
Asmodeus looked to her feeling a sense of dread, “My love,” He did not want to be separated from her. “As the ruler of this Kingdom would it not be better for you to stay here safe? Violet needs you.” He could not knock this nagging feeling wherever it was coming from.
Blake looked to Jas who stood across on the Roger, “Shall we?”
Jas nodded.
“DROP ANCHOR! Make to the boats we row for the isle.” Blake called out over his crew.
Nabe smiled at him and kissed him deeply
"my love, if this is kaleira then this could be the end if my reign. If she makes it to this island then the people will turn and we will all be in danger"
"sir perhaps we should stay on the ship in case they make to attack the ships" Roy suggested to Blake not wanting to risk Blake going out there and perhaps not returning

“is everything alright?” Nabe asked him as she took another moon like out of violet hand and shook her head
“Aisha I’m sorry but I think your sister likes your moon Lillies”
Aisha laughed, “I can always plant more.” She looked down upon her sister and kissed the babe’s cheek.
“All will be well, we can speak of it later my love. For now let us see to the happiness before us?” Asmodeus looked to Nabe.
NBe nodded agreeing as she looked down happily at violet as the little one tried eating her toes
"you're so silly my sweet violet" nabe laughed as her hand laced with Asmodeus and she squeezed his hand gently

Half vamps grew up quick, Nabe couldn’t believe how big violet had gotten. She was already babbling baby gibberish and her eyes had changed, of course they always changed from brown to red she suspected that was another vampire quality. Nabe was in the garden on a picnic blanket with violet in her lap sitting up with her mother’s help and just observating the world around her reaching up for fire flies and grabbing at moon Lillies that glowed in the moon light.
“violet you’re going to pull up the entire garden” nabe laughed pulling the flower out of the little girl’s hand
Asmodeus laughed as he came out to where his darling family sat, “I have a present for you my little flower.” He presented Violet with a stuffed purple bear. “Your teddy.”
Violet squealed happily and took the toy she seized it in a hug before she started sucking on it’s ear and nabe laughed
“she gets that from you” Nabe said to him smiling as violet flopped back so she was laying in her mother’s lap starting off into space nabe laughed and leaned down kissing her head
“you’re silly,”
Asmodeus laughed, taking his Wife’s hand in his, “I have something for you as well.” He pressed a kiss to her mouth. “I love you.” He rested his head on her shoulder looking at their prefect little girl. “She is so wonderful.”
Nabe chuckled and kissed him back “I love you too” nabe told him as he rested his head on her shoulder she brought her hand up to play with his hair watching as violet looked happily upon the world around them
“agreed, and you are wonderful for helping me bring her to this world” nabe said to him
Asmodeus hummed and kissed Nabe. “She is so perfect. A shame she grows so fast, half-vamps are like that I’m afraid. But we can enjoy her being small for plenty of time.” He looked at Violet, “so sweet.”

Violet rolled over on her stomach and held her bear tight nabe grinned and took it gently before making the best give her Eskimo kissed and listened to her squeal happily again
Asmodeus smiled and held out his finger for Violet to grab. “I love her so much.”
Violet took his finger in her tiny little hand and smiled at him squeezing him as tight as she could
Nabe smiled and kissed Asmodeus cheek this was all so peaceful and wonderful she never wanted it to endshe finally had her perfect family
“She is so strong. A perfect heir to our love.”

“I’m actually surprised your loud mouth minion hasn’t shown his face to say hi yet” nabe mused she always got a nagging feeling wraith would show up out of no where, he seemed to like doing things like that for fun and miyu hadn’t reported seeing him for a while

Violet garbled as if to reply and nabe smiled at her until a servant came over
"Lord Asmodeus, mister Wraith would like to speak with you."
Wraith was on the opposite side of the yard as far from the family as he could get
