Itās been awhile since I stopped in and wrote down whatās going on in my little bubble, like over a year little while. The last you guys in Blog Land heard was that my family of 3 plus 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 vehicles and a shit ton of pictures, clothes and a cooler full of useless snacks (since I couldnāt reach them) had made the voyage from Virginia Beach to Southern California.

Rain
Three months ago my little family and I made a crosscountry trip from Virginia Beach to Southern California. No, it wasnāt to vacation. It only took a moving company about 5 hours to pack up our house. They got everything, including a few random bits of trash, but my pictures. Playing Hookie
Murphyās law of Deployment has been in full effect since my husband left. The animals have been complete jack asses pooping outside the litter box, vomiting on the carpet, playing in the trash and that doesnāt even take into account the toddler induced messes. Lunch Date
Ever since my son was a baby Iāve taken him on dates. Weāll go to the zoo, hang at the house with a movie and popcorn, go to the library. Skyās the limit! It has become normal to need to make our days special because daddy isnāt around. Today we ended up at Chick-fil-a. Our restaurant is super nice and had an indoor play area which is a plus. He is gone. Ironically this has been the most stressful anticipated separation and the easiest break. I saw him today. He looks good.
