Our 'sours' have been going down a treat recently! Have you ever had one? The classic Gin Sour is a pre-prohibition recipe consisting of gin, lemon and sugar. We've tweaked/modernised the recipe slightly for a modern palate, and can make it work with aaaaaany spirit - wether that's bourbon, mezcal, scotch etc. Today only we are sticking it on the HAPPY HOUR(s) menu and doing 2 for £8 until 8PM...
