Today, I’m thankful for my partner Yuno Sonata.

The fact that they’re a fantastic partner is just the tip of the iceberg. When I was going through what I consider the darkest time of my life, they were my brightest light.

Even before we started dating, Yuno extended their kindness when I was in need, so many times. I was astonished at how someone could offer their home to someone they hadn’t even met irl yet… and yet, they did. Not only did they take me in, they later took in my mom, too.

Yuno takes such good care of me physically, but they also take amazing care of me emotionally too. They were my biggest support for my healing journey from everything that happened at the beginning of this year. They did everything to make sure that I was happy and safe.

It’s because of them that I’m here today.

Yuno makes me feel beautiful, every single day… I honestly forgot how long it’s been since I felt that way, before this year. The love they give me is honestly so amazing that I can’t even properly put it into words.

I’m happy, and finally being treated the way I deserve.

I wake up every day and thank God or whatever forces brought Yuno into my life. This sweet, gentle, and amazing person— who I love so very much, and I’m so lucky to say loves me in return.

I can’t overstate how proud I am that they’re my partner.

Yuno, thank you for everything. For your light. For your laugh. For your warmth. For your ability to bounce back from anything. For your love. For everything you are. For being so good to me.

And most of all… for being mine.
