Yesterday we have had chinese tea ceremony (Ping Cha; the one with guiwan) and it shocked us to the core how tea taste changes with stages of brewing. By the way, it was oolong tea Lao Cha Wan 老茶王 from Taiwan.
We bought guiwan for our tea set and brew puerh tea at home and let me tell you, it is completely different when brewed for 7-8 seconds!
So, if you have not tried brewing tea in guiwan in you life, I highly advise to look for it in your town. It make wonders for tea taste!
