Today Point of discussion is “why respect changes with time”.

Let’s take example of corporate world, most of the time we think that position matters, not the age. This rule applicable in only corporate life and in shop floors moreover when we leave this life (Corporate and shop floor) we just act like totally opposite.

That means we are adapting the things that works for our goods.

If I do just opposite means applying corporate rules in personal life and personal life rules in corporate life. It will be the disaster for the person who is doing this.

Because we are working and making things that make our life easy and in settled manner.

These all rules were made by us only. We just need to think when to talk and where to talk.. it will give you a balance between these two.

The Reason behind the Peace-

People got frustrated and did not recognize the reason behind the same and got apart from the 3F (Feelings, Family and friends)

Indicates that the person will be the same as structured before. The ongoing feelings make people stronger and weaker day by day and it depends on the environment in which you are living.

In childhood, People say, be close to good friends and good teachers the reason behind this is the same. But when we grow up and have the ability to make decisions by ourselves, we forget the childhood thought process.

Making your decision is not a bad thing but making it worth it, is a good decision.

The thought process of human mind is such that when we think about some thing, we relate it with real life examples.

For example- If someone is sharing something about life and species, that means he/she has passed it through.

But the person in front of him/her will not think the same way until he has passed the way.

The idea of this is a reflection of thoughts through the conscious mind.
