I was thinking about a Bannerfall x ATLA AU, which at first started as vibes. But then I got to thinking, what kind of Bending actually matches the magic/abilities shown in Bannerfall? so here's what I think reasonably matches the abilities shown in the series (with explanations for any that aren't obvious).

-Scott's abilities are technically light-based, but that's not a thing in Avatar, so the closest thing is plant manipulation, which falls under Waterbending.

-Cam and Sausage have abilities related to healing and life, which falls under Waterbending as well.

-though Katie technically doesn't have access to magic, she does use pocket sand, which is basically Earthbending if you think about it.

-and finally, all of the rogues are incredibly agile, able to double jump and negate fall damage. these abilities make a lot more sense if you say that they use airbending to heighten their movement.

(you could make an argument that Apo’s Shooting Star would also be akin to airbending, but I'd argue it's not entirely outside of the realm of possibility for a well-trained knight. if that's not enough, then either she's blessed by the Moon Spirit or the Kyoshi Warriors can just Do That.)
