Anime vs. Manga polls
This blog will host a series of polls naming a piece of media. Voters can decide whether its manga or anime was better.
Things to note:
I would prefer if you only voted for something if you’re familiar with both the anime and manga, since this is a contest of quality and not popularity. But I can’t stop you from voting even if you only know one, or neither.
Occasionally, polls may include another option such as an OVA or a game. There are also polls about comics made outside of Japan
I haven’t watched/read many of these, and a lot of the time I may use the poll results for personal reference later.
My icon is from the Utena manga (which simplified and played straight many of the tropes that the anime deconstructed, to say the least) and my header is from Ex-Arm (an anime infamous for having such bad CGI that they couldn’t animate a kiss so it ended up looking like it was censored)
This isn’t a tournament. There is no final winner. This is just to see which version of a story people think is best.
