Hola. Buenas tardes. Primero que todo, perdone el tiempo de respuesta. Esta cuenta la tenía abandonada y recientemente la estoy retomando. No me llegan notificaciones de comentarios o consultas.
En este momento, no estoy impartiendo clases. Es muy posible que tengamos algún taller pronto en la sala Irodori, en el Jardín Botánico, pero no tenemos fecha.

Después de mucho experimentar, finalmente logré plasmar algunos de mis gustos en ambientación. Me gustan mucho las transparencias, jugar con lo oculto y lo visible. Mi miedo a las profundidades también se convierte en una fascinación. No saber qué hay abajo, me resulta interesante y aterrador, al mismo tiempo. Quise jugar con los azules y los verdes, buscando un equilibrio suave. Esta imagen cambia mucho, cuando le sacas las capas de "agua". Todavía no me decido, pero puede que publique varias capas como una serie. _____________________________________________________________
After a lot of experimentation, finally I was able to portray some of my interest in atmosphere. I like a lot the transparencies, to play with what is hidden and what is visible. My fear of the depths also becomes a fascination. Not knowing what is below, becomes interesting and scary, at the same time. I wanted to play with the blue and green colours, searching for a soft balance. This image changes a lot when you take away the "water" layers. I haven't decided yet, but maybe I will publish various layers as a series.

Hace ya algunos meses, terminé un dibujo para Drachinifel, un historiador naval inglés que tiene un canal en YouTube. Le ofrecí este dibujo como regalo en agradecimiento por su canal, ya que me ha enseñado una tremenda cantidad de cosas sobre una de mis pasiones: la arquitectura naval. Luego de casi un año de trabajo agotador, este fue el resultado. Lamentablemente, a esta resolución, no se ven los detalles que hicieron que tardara tantos meses de trabajo. La perspectiva y cada detalle fueron difíciles de hacer, pero fue el mar lo que me hizo perder más tiempo (comparativamente hablando). Luego de varios intentos, este resultado fue el que me dejó más satisfecho.

___________________________________________________________ Some months ago, I finished a drawing for Drachinifel, a naval histriographer that haves his own YouTube channel. I offer him it as a gift, as a “thank you” for his work. His videos have taught me a lot about one of my passions: naval architecture. After almost a year of work, this is the result. Sadly, at this resolution many of the details that took so much time are losted. The perspective and details took a lot, but the sea was the part that took me the most in comparison. After many trials, this is the result that let me satisfied.
