How to apply for a kigurumi!

So, how does it work? Well its new! I have decided to start a waiting list, but this is going to change a few things so I’m going to walk through it right here, right now!
I spoke to many of you over the past year at various cons and other events, and a waitlist came up multiple times. The overwhelming response is that you guys are ok with being patient as long as you know the goodies are on their way! So I decided to do this so I can take a larger number of commissions at one time, and fill out more of my schedule in advance.
Fill out the quote form like usual. if you are looking for just a quote, you will be given a rough estimate, and cannot be added to the waiting list.
If you are ready to proceed with a commission, the first 10 in the wait list will be given fully detailed quotes, and the first 3 in line will be expected to pay at least 50% immediately and their kigs will go into production in order of place in list. This list will be published publicly on trello so you can check your place anytime.
Once the first in line is completed, everyone else will be bumped up and the 4th in line will become 3rd in line and I will take their deposit and so on. the 11th in line will become 10th and get their accurate quote at this time so they can start getting ready for their deposit. If you reach 3rd in list and you are unable to pay your deposit you will be placed at the end of the list. If at anytime you wish to leave the waitlist, let me know, just know that if you decide to rejoin you will be placed at the end of the list.
If this new method goes well during this trial run where I will be capping the waitlist at 20, I will be opening the quote form permanently so you can join the waitlist any time, and there will be no mad scramble for opening day, which is probably stressful for all of us! For this trial I’ll be using a randomizer to select the 20 people on the waitlist, to be absolutely fair and impartial.
