not sure if you ever got your resin stickiness problem sorted but if not:

if the object is small enough to fit in a glass dish, submerge it in water and cure it through the waters surface. the oxygen in the air keeps the top layer from curing.

if it's too big to do this way, wiping it with isopropyl alcohol will take off the sticky layer.

either way, please please be careful with UV resin/ nails/ whatever, repeated exposure to uncured resin can cause awful allergic contact dermatitis

I'm wearing gloves while handling resin (admittedly, I didn't for the nail polish because I thought "Eh, it's made for skin contact anyways" but I'll be more careful about that too)
