I really enjoyed the workshop on Tuesday (06/01/2015) I felt that we all worked really well as a team despite the groups being mixed and the response was great. Everyone felt much more involved with the roles being mixed every week means I get more of a chance to take some photographs rather than being in front of the camera! I learnt a huge amount this week, all images were shot at 1/250th, f/8, ISO 100 apart from the half black image which was shot at 1/500th (we were all surprised by the result) it seems that the flash didn’t come through and therefore half of my body was hidden. Experimenting more meant we learnt a lot more.

Life update

have been posting very sparsely recently, tons of work on with my dissertation project hand in looming and a presentation for it just afterwards plus I have 4 exams but then that will be the end of my degree :D. 

Lifting wise I have hit some nice numbers on the bench, 107.5Kg for 3 and 105Kg for 5 so once i can get some decent rest after exam period and I am not sat hunched over a laptop analysing  data for hours on end then these should increase I hope. knee is getting better and I have a confirmed offer for a PhD next year which I have accepted.
