               “  Whoa——oh, shit !  ”

     His web shooters had been on the fritz lately, & he thought he had gotten all the little kinks out. Looks like he was wrong. When he tried to shoot out a web to web sling, it sparked, & just as he pointed it at his face to see what was wrong it shot out a web. & then another one when he flinched, causing web to stick to his mask & the then the wall——forcibly removing his mask from his head.

     & of course as that happened, somebody passed by the alleyway he was currently in. Turning on his heels, Peter HOPED the person hadn’t seen his face.

               “  Uh, hey there, pal !  Think you could help a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man out & grab that mask over there ?  I’d greatly appreciate it !  ”

     How long had they gone without realizing who each other was ?  Spider-Man’s mask had been partially destroyed, revealing his face before he could hide it, & then  .   .   .  Virus took off his mask. & everything made sense. It was clear as day Hiro was Virus, & Peter was Spider-Man, but neither of them had ever connected the dots, no matter how many times they were together.

                                        Now they knew.                                                  &, God, did relief wash over them to know.

     As soon as they got Electro back in custody of the RAFT, they went to Peter’s place. & SUITS WERE OFF IN SECONDS. No longer could they keep away pent up feelings, pent up desires. Each touch & kiss was a blur until they were sitting on Peter’s bed, Hiro in his lap.

               “  B–Believe me, I don’t intend on stopping anytime soon.  ”

     He stammered, voice breathy as he gave a slow thrust into Hiro. Fingers gripped at the other male’s hips, holding him in place as he kept a steady pace, a deep groan overtaking him each time he slid deep inside of him. He leaned forward to capture Hiro’s lips in a heated, brief kiss, panting as he pulled back.
