    The girl that stood up to introduce herself looked like she carried her grotesque appearance with pride. Kiyoko was small, with white skin, the only splashes of color on it being the very fine outline of blue veins and a couple of reddening pimples on her cheek. Her light eyes were meticulously scanning the room from the moment when she stepped in. She was dressed with a usual measure of good taste, dispigmented hair combed to the side, where it was held by an easy to miss pin. It washer hands, almost clawing into the desk, that betrayed her tension before she spoke, voice unsteady for a few first words.

    “Uh, hello, my name’s Kiyoko, I’m seventeen, and the reason why I look this way- I normally look this way, it’s not somkinduv makeup,... I like martial arts, history, and cyberpunk. I also do programming,” for a second, she looked as if she realised that wasn’t the best thing to name first... again, but she continued, “...and, like, really dig dubstep. I moved several schools... and you look like decent people, so let’s be bros. Yeah, that’s about it.”     She collapsed back onto her seat, obviously waiting for others’ attention to turn elsewhere to let out the relief after such a poor attempt at a public speech.
