Well it has taken me a while to answer this, sorry for that!! BUT im so happy you wanna know more of her!! So here I have gathered some tidbits of Mindy facts and lore:
1. Mindy used to live at a small farm with just her mother. Her mother cheered Mindy on with her artistic career, but when Mindy got money for the work, her mother took the money for "the farm and safekeeping". One day, Mindy had enough, took the money and left. Because of years of financial abuse, Mindy's biggest worry in life is stability.
2.As a peasant, Mindy wore a hood. But when she rose up to a higher class, she started to let her hair show and just use smaller hair decorations, as a sign of her wealth and act of rebellion.
3.Mindy's mother used to smoke, which is why sometimes Pete's smoking causes Mindy to dissociate. She still finds odd comfort in his bad habit.
4.In the comics version, Mindy actually dates my bf's oc, Cion. They have a nice polycule going on, where Mindy dates Cion and Pete and Cion dates Mindy and Phantom Blot. Poly crime.
5.Minnie and Daisy are Mindy's close friends, and sometimes they ask her to attend their "double dates". Mindy doesn't really want to be bring Pete or Cion, as they both have a difficult relationship with Mickey, to say the least. But they have girl's nights out!
6.Mindy comes along GREAT with the beagle boys, she chats and plays cards with them. She often feels bad when they're thrown in the pit and sneaks around to hang out with them.
7.On the flip side, Mindy doesn't get along with the weasel soldiers. Like at all. She fantasizes about their doom daily
8.Mindy is a certified snacker and you can pretty easily detect where she used to be, as she leaves crumbs all over the places. Her favorite sweets are peppermint and cinnamon buns.
9.Mindy smells extremely sweet, like fresh marzipan or cake. She has a minty, sugary aroma around her.
10.Mindy does lewd art as a secret side hustle. She does it under a fake name, Mike Milker. Mindy is very keen on her reputation, but likes some extra cash (and just is a pervert)
11. Maybe this is more of a me fact than Mindy fact, but Mindy does not exist in the Goof Troop series. This is obviously due to Pete still being married to Peg (to me they are divorced after the series/in the movies LOL). Second reason is that Mindy would drive Goof Troops Pete over with his own cars because there is not a single ounce of love that man deserves (I hate goof troop Pete SO MUCH).
12.Mindy is bisexual! She doesn't care about your gender, she cares if you are mean and funny
13. In HoM, Mindy is sent to serve the villains more often, as they don't mind her presence as much. She likes to gossip and flatter them
14.Mindy is a english springer spaniel. I actually would want her to have face markings
