Last night we had to say goodbye to sweet Maple. She was just two months shy of her 11th birthday which is very old for her breed, but it will never feel like enough time.

She was the sweetest, sassiest giantess. She loved carrying socks, pillows, or anything soft in her mouth. She was obsessed with produce, which might have contributed to her long and healthy life. She had even learned how to open the fridge to steal lettuce! I will miss her tossing pillows to get our attention for treats, her wet kisses right after she got a drink, and seeing her sit in the front window with the breeze blowing through her fur.

I will still use this tumblr to post memories from time to time. There are so many pictures and videos that never made it here.

Goodbye sweet Moops, you’re the best. ❤️
