Half-Birthday Celebration Part 2 🥳🐶🎉😋🤤
Today my beautiful, sweet, brave, funny baby puppy girl is six months old! Holy shit!!!! We celebrated by going to the beach this evening and making a new friend and being crazy (to the extent that she laid down in the water several times) and cute. I know l'm heading into the dreaded teenage era soon but holy fuck I love this little dog. She's just so great.

half birthdays are very strange?? like how come me and my coworker have birthdays during the same week and this week we both celebrated half-birthdays and work anniversaries??? it's just too strange not to have some sort of correlation?

Trying something new and already kinda goofed it
Today is my half birthday. I've decided I'm going to start celebrating today as my birthday instead of my real birthday because December causes me very dysphoric manic episodes because everyone is very stressed and it's impossible to do fun things with my friends. So far I've only once gone out to do something fun on my real birthday and it was a chore and a half (but very fun in the end), because I live deep in the woods and winter roads in MN suck bad.
I haven't asked for gifts or really any recognition for this half birthday because my last real birthday was observed. So today I'll spend my new birthday at therapy, do a little work, and find a small but fun thing to do later. And maybe one of the upcoming summer weekends I'll convince my friends to go to a city and maybe find something fun to do!
Today I'm 33.5 and hope to make it a very nice 33rd birthday
EDIT incidentally my therapist and I share a birthday, so we both have a half birthday today!
